Did you ever thought of use a mix of Portland soup and water through franken foam and create a cemfoam to fill drywalling for insulation purposes
I think the shop vac can give more than enough airflow to make foam. Just need to remove bottlenecks along the air path.

You can you use an old refrigerator compressor to generate the air pressure (Lill from Morocco)

Thanks for the video. I like the ryobi inflator. If you already have ryobi batteries it's only about $40 for the inflator. Great idea!

for the vacuum test maybe you should have removed the Schrader valve it's a huge restriction for that vacuum to push past.

Very cool video! Inexpensive 12v inflators are out there for those who don't have the resources to get a ryobi. Stores like Aldi and Lidl have them from time to time for less than $20. Harbor freight's cheapest one would probably work for this but is too wimpy for car tires so I don't recommend it.
Is the tabletop fire pit going to be portable enough for you to take on your camping trip when your camper trailer is ready to go? Will you also be building a portable table to go along with it and will that be able to stowed in the trailer?

I am very surprised at the output of the inflator. As for the vacuum I wonder what it would do if you were able to hook it up with a much bigger connection about the same diameter as the vacuum hose?

In one of Robert Murray's videos he uses graphene to strengthen concrete. In his video "1933 Blood Graphene" this is a home made graphene. Would your processes and the home made graphene make it even stronger? I do not have the space to make foam-create.

The bigger the hole the more volume of air not pressure

@@GreenShortzDIY There's a big scandal in the UK right now. They used something called 'reinforced aerated autoclaved concrete' to build schools, hospitals, public buildings etc from WWII to the '90s. It has a limited life so there was a renovation programme. Anyway, the government cancelled it about 10 years ago to save money, figuring fixing it would be someone else's problem. Unfortunately they made the mistake of holding on to power...
Anyway, sorry for injecting politics. Your project is cool! (Just don't go building any major infrastructure)

Ah. I see it's a bad thing. From what I've observed, aircrete is not a good option for structural components.
