    This is a strategy but an extremely risky one… you better be damn sure your flip is successful or you will be paying 22% interest on that venture. That’s what we’re talking about.

    It takes money to make money is not exactly a secret or revolutionary idea, nor is using other people’s money to do so. It’s called a business loan! The trick is figuring out where to put money that’s going to earn more than your interest rate of your loan. In the case of CC it could be as high as 26%!

    Let's address the elephant in the room which is how tf you're gonna turn that loan into a revenue stream which isn't easy to do. The average person doesn't even have an emergency fund and is living paycheck to paycheck. Let me guess Real Estate, air bnb, forex, crypto lol. How about instead of trying to scam a credit card you come up with a business idea that actually creates value then think about leverage. Or learn a skill that people are willing to pay for.

    • @MrArtVein
      @MrArtVein Рік тому

      The answer is don't be an average person. You don't have to scam to do this. Where I stay you can get a commercial kitchen membership $100 then pay $20 per hour to run a Doordash only food spot selling 1-2 items. Y'all stay thinking negative which is why y'all stay broke. Cuz you've already convinced yourself to gotta be evil to make money. Meanwhile it's folks making $10M off dog ramps lol

      I agree, come up with your damn game plan first. Before you even begin to think of using credit and leveraging it.

      An example is this. The Jordan 11 concords (VERY popular sneaker that always sells out quickly) are rereleased today, so I use my credit card to buy 10 pairs of them. They cost $200 each (made up number, I'm really not sure how much the msrp is), so I'm out $2,000 (in credit). A few months later (when they are sold out everywhere) I put them on ebay and resell them for $400 each. Once they are all sold, I get $4,000 but remember I still need to pay off the credit card company their $2,000, also factor in shipping costs and credit card interest because I'll most likely be paying just the minimum payment every month on that very same credit card to avoid any fees and keep the credit card company happy. Another example, say you're a prostitute and you use a credit card to buy all of the things that a prostitute uses to attract new clients (sexy high heels, sexy outfits, manicure, pedicure, hair done nice, perfume, mouthwash, phone, etc...) She spends $1,000 in upfront costs and gets 10 clients per day everyday. She'll EASILY recoup that $1,000 in no time. Now let's take it a step further and say she spends $10,000 (in credit) on "getting work done" on herself to attract even more and higher earning clients. She'll get even more clients with her new look and earn money even faster. The trick is basically to have a way that you know for sure will earn you income once you spend that upfront credit, (i.e. a way to flip your money).

      He’s speaking unrealistic hypotheticals. It sounds nice when he says it but the reality is if you aren’t selling said “product”, you’re on the hook for paying back that loan plus interest. And if things go really south, you can always face lawsuits from your creditors if you can’t pay back what you owe. There’s a reason why 90% of businesses fail within their first year.

    When you spend money you want it to make you money.
    Every dollar you spend should bring you atleast .10-.20 on the dollar.
    Your margins don’t have to be crazy. You just need consistency and good services/products.

I was a little angry because we are so concerned with having weirdos in banana hammocks doing story hour and dance offs instead of empowering people.
    That shows you what’s happening is what they want
