This month I have been getting back into old hobbies so I went back to bullet journaling in a scrapbook style and its giving me so much joy to my soul. I have also been nostalgic and been watching old shows from my childhood (Reading Rainbow) and idk its been making me happy. I have also started regular writing journaling again and using journal prompts to help me understand me and I am loving putting all my feelings on to page.
I love Thee Sacred Souls! The woman that does vocals on a lot of their songs named Jensine Benitez has a song called Ilusion De Amor that you should check out. It's timeless too

I’m going to add it to my list. I want to branch out into reading more novels. I’ve been doing a social media fast from Instagram and TikTok and it has been so beneficial for my mental health. I tried to get back on there 2 weeks ago and I instantly got overwhelmed. I extended my fast. So, I agree that finding creative outlets outside of social media truly helps.
