Good evening this is Trish mom and I will tell you why yeast is a grainy item so it takes time to melt when added to poulourie flour or your mixture it takes longer to activate and then some of the yeast doesn’t melt so when you frying the poulourie it tends to pop up in the hot oil so that is why so many people get burn it only takes 2 minutes to put the yeast in warm water with a little sugar and then it will be fine ❤️❤️🙏🏽
