I would have liked to see you putting your 1 year old in the rear facing mode as it looks awkward to fit a larger child once the seatbelts are in place. A more detailed view of the threading of the seatbelts in both modes would have been helpful.
Really struggling to adjust my seatbelts with my almost 2 year old. Making them looser is not such a problem, but tightening them while he is in the seat is so so difficult, the straps just doesn’t want to pull tighter, then he gets his arms out while we drive. What am i doing wrong because i cant think that this is normal with such a proper car seat.
Your 1 year old should still be rearfacing. And the belt seemed to be too low on the thighs on your 5 year old she would probably be better in the 5 point harness until it provides a better fit in a year or two. Its a long lasting seat you should use every stage of it to the maximum that's what its made for. Also the straps on your newborn need to be making contact with her body.

Exactly this! The straps on the baby were also far too loose 😣
We have been trying to loosen the straps but nothing happens when we push the button and pull the straps simultaneously?? Help please...
