In regards to Caesar Clown:
The sad clown motif is most likely inspired by the theatre word tragedy, which is used to describe tragic characters. One of the most popular tragic characters is Julius Caesar from "The Tragedy of Julius Caesar" by Shakespeare. So Caesar Clown's whole name is referring to his tragic character.

Momo being afraid of heights fit in the story when he and luffy were stuck in the pit and Momo had to get them out by jumping on clouds he made with his devil fruit abilities.

Maybe the three main branches of Haki have different subsets, instead of just a direct level up.
Example:
Observation Haki
->long distance sight ->precision
->improved hearing ->long distance hearing
->improved hearing ->voices of all things
Maybe not for all as armaments is pretty straight forward but that definitely could be the case for observation Haki

I'm a little surprised they didn't say anything about the Yeti Cool Bros wearing straw hats? Sure they could just be regular hats, but the straw hat has a very important connotation in One Piece.
About Vergo and Koby's quick ascent in the Marines; I think we have to also take into account that probably A LOT of officers died at incidents such as Marine Ford and the Rocky Port Incident which opened up plenty of spots for capable Marines like them
Regarding the connection between Wano and Shandora, Gyukimaru recently referred to Wano as "the country of Gold", so there might be more than meets the eye here...

The Wano - Shandora connection can even be extended upon because Wano was known as the city of Gold (maybe as far back as the Void Century) and Shandora was the city of Gold, so for example, in order to have seastone objects and to protect the Poneglyph, Shandora trade its gold for them.

Hmm this Voice of All Things is sounding alot like what Koby awakened at Marineford. No one else has had Observation Haki that acted like Koby's did, except Aisa.
So by this logic, Koby has the Voices of All Things as well.
All observation haki works that way. What Arthur says is just that the voice of all things could be related with observation... but that is his theory, it is not implied or mentioned in the vivre card...
It just happens to be that Shirahoshi, Momo, Oden, Luffy and others that have an ability to hear things that people normally can´t hear, have observation haki. If it is because of observation it is another thing.
But yep, observation haki is always about that, people can feel "the presence of others"--- they usually refer it as voices too

I actually analyzed the poster and it's pretty cool, here goes:
first we have Luffy and Ace, Luffy being in front of Ace since he's there to save Ace (and he's the main character) then we have Shanks and Whitebeard who are both yonko but Whitebeard is above Shanks beacause he is older and stronger than Shanks, then we have Hancock, Mihawk and Doflamingo who are almost perfectly lined up since they're all warlords, then Moria and Blackbeard who were kicked out of the warlords and finally Jinbe and Kuma who are both allies to the straw hats

I've never liked how Conquerors Haki is stated to work; given it exclusivly shows up in leaders and conquerors, having it be something your born with or not implies the world is predeterministic and that goes heavily against the major themes of the story. I prefer to think that it simply requires a will to dominate, a will to power. The reason so few have it while everyone has basic Haki is simply because basic Haki is based around survival instincts and a will to protect yourself which everything has, whereas a will to dominate others is far rarer and cannot be faked. The Voice Of All Things being made to be something anyone can unlocks supports this idea or at least makes it feel more solid given it was thought to be exclusive as well. This may not be and likely isn't canon, but it's my head canon.
I like to think that it shows up in people who refuse to be cowed into submission in some form or another by the world. Luffy, and Ace don't allow the world's perspectives on pirates to stop them, Whitebeard who was implied to have it refused to allow his age to keep him from protecting his children. Big Mom and Kaido refuse to be anything but the most powerful and Doflamingo refuses to allow the fact that he has been sent down to what he considers hell to break him of his conviction in being above others. These are just some examples, but those who have this seem to be individuals who continue to move forward despite what the world tries to do to stop them. Only death or severe injuries can deter them from their course once they have set it. That is just my opinion, but a king does not allow himself to be at the mercy of the world. A king does not let others telling them what they cannot do deter them or give up because the path in front of them is difficult. What greater power is there for a king, but the power to take their convictions their willpower, their determination, and display it in such a way that others are left in awe of it? How fitting is it that the fiercest of beasts become docile in the presence of one with this power and that those who lack the will to face these people are unable to remain conscious in the face of this willpower? It seems to me that with every time this power is used, it is a command, a challenge, a declaration, or all of them. This is just my opinion.

Futrama had the same policy for mutants, they can't live above so they colonized the sewers. Momo, having a fear of heights while being a dragon Smile user, yeah none issue but Peter Parker had the same phobia did not disappear as a web slinger later omitted with time.
Keep in mind that as far back as we've gone Luffy has been shown speaking to an understanding most of what the animals of the one piece world have done and said for him or with him so yeah if it's observation he's pretty good at it he just doesn't seem to be able to project very well. Also he was talking to the deep sea Kings and he didn't even realize he was talking to them

That‘s probably because children look more innocent than adults by default. That makes it easier to get close to the person who you want to transform.

@Tekking101 The one Child policy has been irregulated greatly since it was first put into law. Mostly because the Chinese government noticed how this was affecting birthrates.
Loved the rant about Baby 5 and Buffalo. Sadly Infanticide was quite common in the past. This may be Oda's way of breaking it to his readers. Spartan society would literally inspect and possibly reject every child based on aesthetics alone. Nordic culture based on deformities, and many cultures based on if they could provide. For much of human history children barely made it to 2 or 3. There used to be naming days usually as lly around age 5.

Sabo was 1m (3’3”) tall at the age of 10. Now he’s a centimeter shorter than Nico Robin, whose 6’2”. Growth spurts seem to work differently in the One Piece world.
Dragon #13 was not the first “not a failure” dragon experiment. And momo wont end up being 5’5, not a chance. He’ll be 7ft minimum.

Law's fruit splits anything with no real effort from the user. he split a mountain without using flying blade like zoro would have to because he can't use used room and everything in the room is just severed. Law's fruit split's it doesn't cut.

Part of why I like the Yuki-Yuki on the Sunny theory is that then the strawhats would complete the devil fruit collection! It would be weird if we got to the end of the series without ever getting a Logia user as a member of the crew.
The other thing is, because Aokiji is supposedly with the Blackbeard pirates now (though probably as a spy or something), I can see the strawhats having to fight him again, and I think the "some devil fruits are just superior to others" thing is a nice setup for a really tense and desperate fight. Like, if we assume for now Carrot got onto the crew officially, and she had it, I can imagine something like Blackbeard ordering Aokiji to kidnap Robin, since she can read the poneglyphs and he probably wants that, and no-one can stop him because the Hie Hie fruit is still pretty much overwhelming everyone, then ZAP! Carrot comes in, the yuki yuki means she can at least resist getting frozen, but Aokiji still totally has an obscene advantage and we get an amazing fight with Carrot and Robin and whoever else is there struggling to fight him off.
I also like Carrot with the yuki yuki no mi as a concept, because snow + electro might mean she can make thundersnow, and that'd be cool. Also since she's been sort of set up as a lookout character, can you imagine her standing up there using snow powers to make wind for the Sunny? Monet was definitely able to at least make some gusts and breezes, and we've seen several logia users manipulate weather on a large scale. Nami navigator + Jinbe helmsman + a devil fruit user who can make big, long-lasting winds in whatever direction? It'll probably have a seastone undercoating by the time it leaves Wano, too. The Sunny would be able to go ANYWHERE. The way the Pirate King's ship should be able to.

Remember that Coby's obs haki is more on the cry or despair of people. It's kinda special if you ask me cause we don't know the range of it.
Momo being afraid of heights will add more drama to the story. He has an artificial dragon fruit. He got 'dizzy' when he fly. We don't know if it's just fear or the side effect of the fruit. And if when the "flying" is needed in WANA, he won't do it cause he is afraid of heights. Then it will create a drama like "if you want to defeat to Kaido, face your fears". Something like that

My personal thought on the Voice of All Things is that it's an advanced form of a school of Observation Haki. Based on the theory of Armamant Haki having the "Vulcanization" school and the "Deflection" school, I'd argue Observation Haki has the "Empathy" school (which Luffy, Otohime, and possibly Roger have) that deals with sensing emotions, the "Sight" school (which Katakuri, Usopp, and possibly Sanji have), and the "Listening" school (which Koby and Aisa have). As such, the Voice of All Things may be the advanced form of the Listening or Empathy school, and if people tend to use one school over another or master one school over another, Rayleigh might be an amazing Sight user but still not be able to master Empathy/Listening. Alternatively, the Voice of All Things could be a school of Conquerer's Haki, but much like that haki in general, it can't be learned, only unlocked and mastered. (After all, just about everyone thought to have that skill was a pirate king, royal, or some other high-profile person.)

Yeah its starting to fill like doing a full coating on the body is an 'assert dominance' tactic. Never mind that it probably requires more concentration to do but you're not even using your entire body like your back face, and chest. And we know you can select portions based on Gear 4th. Leave it up to Chad luffy to know just darkening his entire body isn't an instant win button
Also as I've said plenty of times. It's glorified armor. If Zoro can slice through Pica's 50 foot stone body like butter what made this guy think he'd survive the same 3 swords with his own body. Same with Vergo trying to survive a metaphysical force designed to bisect whatever comes in contact with it.
The way I see it the reason why full body haki losses to partial haki is because partial is lets you concentrate more power while leaving yourself open. On the other hand full body protects you more but since your haki is all over your body the attack power of, lets say, your fists are weaker. Basically I look at it like the aura in hunterxhunter.
I wonder if Oda will ever explain how a fruit with the power of a man-made concept like surgery could even come into existence. There is no way Devil Fruits are naturally occurring phenomenon. But then again, there is such a thing as cotton candy snow so maybe their world is actually crazy enough for that to be natural.

i think it was kinda 'in' the story in the beginnning of dressrosa arc where they just arrived and luffy told momo to fly but momo reject luffy, and luffy said 'what, why? are you afraid of heights' and momo just kinda ignore him
