Hey guys like what you diong my husband and i are from fl and are new to this game any advice for us we are not quit out yet have one more thing to do and the name of our new business is called Sidewalk Tasties LLC
That's exciting! Congrats. My advice is to start small until you get the hang of it. Crawl before you run, literally. Try serving friends and family to get used to your equipment and to have an idea of your serving times. Then step it up a notch and serve your immediate community like your neighbors. Then, once you feel comfortable with your equipment and service, open up to the public. Your stress level will be so much lower. And before you know it, y'all will be old pros. 👍🏿
Great advice. Love what you guys are doing. I too am starting out with my bbq business out of Quincy, FL. I would like to meet with you if possible to learn some things from you.
