Harassed over my service dog.. AGAIN 🐕‍🦺

This is the second time this has happened. First time was around may 20th (can’t remember the exact date) but everyone said I should report it. Today it happened again when I had to go in for my coffee. This was the first time I’ve been there since the last time it happened.. this happened at the Conoco on college street and 10th in Bozeman Montana today (July 18th 2024) between 7:30 and 8:00am
What do you think? Should I report him for harassment?
