As long as you take care of yourself 50 can be the new 30. I still do dance classes weekly and gymnastics three days a week. Plus other activities. Keep it pushing and enjoy life while you can! It'll also help you as you age.

First of all when hurricane Katrina hit here in St.bernard parish Louisiana I turned 32 just 2 months later an there is no way I would be able to do all the gutting out the homes an clean up after Katrina if I was 50 at that time.. But of course I could do alot of clean up like I did 18 yrs ago if I was 50yrs old 18 yrs ago... but after Katrina I ran around like a mad man at age 32
