I finished what I wanted to build with this. I didn't use the optocoupler isolation board due to size constraints, and had flickering inputs. To get around this, each input pin that I used had a 750k ohm resistor to ground to get it to work. Once again, thanks for the explanation @@OnosTech
Very interesting RPI PICO PLC. Next to use the WiFi and Bluetooth options. 😎 Thank you and best regards. I wish the Orange Pi5 had these great GPIO PWM examples. 🥳
hi my friend i tested this fimware but there is a problem in comparisons command when the condition achieved the output to any (y )does not work. please make a video for this to learn
I use a serial to rs485 converter. Conv. Tx --- rx pico Conv. Rx--- tx pico In Gx Works i use D8121 address. H4081 move to D8121. 9600 8 None 1 In modbus poll show time error. But i test another Outseal Porgramme it response ok.
PLCs are basically industrial controllers that can easily be maintained (control logic & hardware) by technicians. You can get more detailed answers from Google search.
Thanks! Display with PLCs like this is mainly possible with Modbus HMI. You can modify these FLProg ones for Outseal PLC to work with the Raspberry Pi Pico PLC. ua-cam.com/video/g0OqOib9Lag/v-deo.html ua-cam.com/video/zazJyEX599Y/v-deo.html ua-cam.com/video/YmOSvV9BHfQ/v-deo.html or use the OP320 HMI ua-cam.com/video/iC2vYqDj54s/v-deo.html
Greetings from Ukraine. Very interesting project! I had a problem with the com port driver for Windows 7. I solved it using the zadig -2.8 program, selecting the USB Serial (CDC) driver
found this one year later, got it up and going in 5 minutes, thanks for making the video
Glad it helped!

@boxcarhobo8315 My pleasure
amazing Video and I've watched others and i'm very impressed with your content newly subscribed keep up the good work.
Many thanks, will do!
Thank you for coming straight to the point, and telling me all that I needed to know. A perfect video.
I am glad it is helpful
In your connection diagram V1 must also be connected to V2 on the opto isolator board for the circuit to function.
Fantastic! Learned PLC programming in 1985 on one of the first Melsec devices :-)
Wooooow! 😲😲😲 Awesome!
Very cool, thanks for the video, been using FX3U and I like GXworks2
Many thanks
Do you know if RPI Pico setup with this FW has all the instruction sets of FX1N typical Mitsibishi clone PLC??
Very interesting RPI PICO PLC. Next to use the WiFi and Bluetooth options. 😎 Thank you and best regards.

It would be interesting to port this firmware to the rp2040 zero boards since the output pins used are not available on this board
The outputs are available on the underside of the board except for GPO16 that is used for RGB LED

Thanks
can i use pico with Delta Hmi.
You can with Modbus

2:49 Can I supply 3.3V from Pi to the input pin without connecting 10K resistor to GND? I tested ok, does it affect anything?
OK
Great Video Do you know how to get the Modbus working I can get it set as a Master and write coils but cant read registers or holding registers
superb sir !
Thanks a ton
Hmi communication possible? How to possible.
Wow thats great, thank you very much for share, keep doing a nice job with your channel (We are learning so much).
Best Regards!!!! :)
Thanks 😊😊😊
Please make an example with analog i/o
Very cool, why should one use plc in general for waht purpose?

Great tutorial, next display with menu structure?

Great information! Thanks for sharing.
Very good video. Many thanks for you review.
Thank you for the firmware.
sir ... How to download GX works 2, I Want to try
See the link in the description.
idea how to connect LCD ?
Not yet.
@@OnosTechHave you made a successful Modbus connection? Ha realizado una conexión Modbus exitosa?
Thanks Ur greate work.
You are welcome
