New Holland T6.180 & McHale Fusion 3 Plus pers-wikkelaar - Loonbedrijf Bouwhuis (2019)

Loonbedrijf Bouwhuis (Den Ham) aan het ronde balen persen en wikkelen bij van Lenthe met een volledig nieuwe combinatie.
Het persen en wikkelen wordt gedaan met hun nieuwe McHale Fusion 3 Plus pers-wikkelcombinatie, deze Fusion 3 Plus is voorzien van een Cashels 4 wielig onderstel en een geïntegreerde verticale balen wikkelaar, ook worden de balen in de perskamer met folie ipv met net gebonden.
Aan de achterkant is de balenpers voorzien van een baalkantelaar, de kantelaar draait de baal een kwartslag en legt deze op de vlakke kant af zodat deze gemakkelijker met een balenklem opgepakt kan worden.
Voor de balenpers staat een New Holland T6.180 demo trekker, maar Bouwhuis vertelde ons eerder die ochtend dat hij de trekker inmiddels al wel aangeschaft had en deze alleen nog van bestickering voorzien moest worden.
Het op de platte wagen laden van de balen wordt door de boer zelf gedaan met een New Holland TL100A voorzien van een Quicke Q45 voorlader en Kemp balenklem.

Baling and wrapping is done with their new McHale Fusion 3 Plus baler wrapper, this Fusion 3 Plus has a Cashels 4 wheel chassis and an integrated vertical bale wrapper, binding the bale in the bale chamber is done with film instead of a net wrap.
At the back the baler is fitted with a side tip mechanism which turns the bale a quarter turn and leaves the bale sitting on its end, making it easier to pick and load it up with the bale clamp.
In front of the baler Bouwhuis has a New Holland T6.180 demo tractor, but earlier that morning mr Bouwhuis told us he had already bought the tractor and now only had to put the company logo stickers on.
Loading the round bales onto the flatbed trailer is done by the farmer himself with a New Holland TL100A with Quicke Q45 front loader and Kemp bale clamp.

Good work Niels. Nice New Hollands and a Fusion operator near me has got one of those side tip implements. That film reduces mould apparently too instead of having the net.

Why does he have to reverse so much everytime he drops a bale ! Spends as much time going backwards as forwards !!

I think its to do with the bale flipper, he needs to be moving forward to make sure it flips. If he was just dropping the bale he wouldn't need the extra room to move forward...
