Richard Avedon is a legend in the portrait and fashion photography world. Some would say he was one of the greatest portrait photographers that have ever lived, and his lighting techniques were actually quite simple. In this video, we use natural light, a white background, and an apple box to capture some amazing minimalist images of a friend of mine, Jesse.

Nice video! How to not have the wind is to tape the white backdrop to a wall that the sun is lighting or make a wall outside just to do this sort of shots. If you find you do this look a lot make a daylight outside studio. Happy shooting guys!
