Motorcycles may lane split within the same lane if given enough room to do so safely, in states where lane splitting is legal. The biker, however, was too far back and was going too slow for the trucker to be giving him room, he was clearly driving distracted.
Please don't move over into the "bike lane" for someone to pass. The only thing you are doing is launching debris into the road or toward the other motorists. It also generally comes off as a distracted driver.

Starting watching this before I rode today and literally 15 minutes into my ride my goddamn rear tire BLEW OUT and I don’t know how I didn’t crash 🤦🏽♂️ the bike started shaking like crazy it was insane. Only good thing out of this is that at least I know my reflexes are insanely good 😂 I really don’t know how I didn’t crash, cuz it was while I was turning too. Luckily, I was going slow, if I I’d been going faster it coulda been worse. As I’m typing this I’m waiting for the tow to come get me lmao. Blowouts are terrifying lmaoooo first time it’s ever happened to me. I’ve been riding since January.
