I have a 30x40 building I built a couple years ago. I did the painted frame thing then. It absolutely rocks, I will NEVER build another one without painting the frame again.

How big is the enclosed part of the building? That would be pertinent to know.

We didn't emphasize it here, but the enclosed part of the building is 40' wide x 52' long
The front extension that is open is 40' wide by 28' long.
This makes the building 80' long.
