Very concise and beautiful discussion. But since some of the audience are not Americans such as i an Arab physician, it appears to be slightly difficult for us to follow you because you talk in a very rapid manner and sometimes you both talk simultaneously which make it difficult for us to grasp the meaning. Thank you very much. You are marvelous.
Dear friend. I am from Sweden north Europe and agree. The talking fast is an american thing and a doctor thing, so an american colleague is difficult to follow. This is my trick: take down the speed of the video to 75 or 50%. It will be great ! To the american doctors thankyou for sharing your knowledge, it is a great video! Loved it.
Thank you for this. I just make a review for a class in my residency about this topic, and was baffled for the lack of clear criteria for ATB use in COPD Exacerbations. Its reasuring to watch you have a similar reaction. I mean, seriously, how is this not a solved thing?

Hey Angels what about people who smoke and do not get COPD?
Or who never smoked and get COPD?
Don't like the terminology about "Hypoxic Drivers". The physiology it assumes doesn't make sense.
Do not give antibiotics. We live in Capitalism and they are expensive.
