Very concise and beautiful discussion. But since some of the audience are not Americans such as i an Arab physician, it appears to be slightly difficult for us to follow you because you talk in a very rapid manner and sometimes you both talk simultaneously which make it difficult for us to grasp the meaning. Thank you very much. You are marvelous.

Dear friend. I am from Sweden north Europe and agree. The talking fast is an american thing and a doctor thing, so an american colleague is difficult to follow.
This is my trick: take down the speed of the video to 75 or 50%. It will be great !
To the american doctors thankyou for sharing your knowledge, it is a great video! Loved it.

Thank you for this. I just make a review for a class in my residency about this topic, and was baffled for the lack of clear criteria for ATB use in COPD Exacerbations.
Its reasuring to watch you have a similar reaction.
I mean, seriously, how is this not a solved thing?

Don't like the terminology about "Hypoxic Drivers". The physiology it assumes doesn't make sense.

Do not give antibiotics. We live in Capitalism and they are expensive.
