What RD sir says: You should not go for fast weight loss, like loosing 10kgs weight loss in 1 month. Each and every person is different. For weight loss,1st thumb rule Drink lot of water for each 20kgs you should have 1 ltr of water, say 80kgs means you should drink 4ltr, advantage of drinking water, avoids muscle cramps, increases metabolism, no constipation. Protein very important, it helps the muscle mass, for energy. Good fat is required for all our joints etc. Avoid processed sugar. To get the required weightloss you need to have patience and perseverance. To clear whatever disease we have, the change has to begin from you. Soon new challenge would be announced.
