I should have filed the petition against the wrong answer for Bt toxin question in the NEET UG exam before the Calcutta High Court instead of going to Delhi High Court which had dismissed it unjustifiably ignoring the expert opinions from two national experts provided. Courts should be free from political pressure which I realized was not the case.
If there was no restroom from last 10 years in that area of the hospital what was the urgency to build the toilet in that particular area once it’s becomes crime scene?

Please help me Understand, if the demolition didn't occur in the place of occurance , but still the rest room which was demolished might have crucial evidence that could help with the case , isn't this tampering of evidence , who know for what that particular restroom was used during the crime and what evidence that rest room had , why didn't they argue this way ?
there is a rumor (as said by Abhijit Gang) that the murder was done in the other room (being demolished) and the body finally shifted to the seminar room. The adv was talking as if he was present during the crime and can confidently say that the PO was not disturbed

The only reason this case has come to light is because people voiced their concerns. Otherwise this would have been brushed off. A girl in Bangalore was stabbed to death in her pg by a guy. Do we hear about her case? Nope.
But this case is very different from the bangalore one.
Because other states govt don't support it. Bengal case is different. Girl was raped, we don't even knw if it was by one person or many coz govt, medical college head, police all covered up and tampered with evidence first they sed she is Ill, then suicide and now coz of pressure sed rape murder ny one person. Why did they demolish rest room? All are sayin it was crime scene were rape happened

Are you aware of the rate of rape and murder in India? The point of this should be safety of women, and not tag it as doctor, many women are getting killed and abused and everything should be publicly reported for awareness.

How is the advocate sure exactly upto which range is the PO? And is CBI okay with PO being limited to Seminar Hall? NCW is telling police should have cordoned off the PO. That means PO was not cordoned off. NCW claiming evidences tampered.
Division bench of honourable HC has said just the right thing. If the WB govt goes to SC then the situation will be a complete change. I respect and adore the HC for fighting corruption.
