Purchased the exact same vehicle off the showroom floor at Delray Lincoln-Mercury, Florida, except it had a blue cloth roof that the dealer added. Paid just under 50k and sold it 8 years later with less than 50k miles for 9k. It was garage kept and as nice as this one. Wish i had it back.
In a word...wow...this Town Car will go to someone who really appreciates what this car is...a low mileage piece of history...

I'm priced out of this one but it is a lovely car. We need a special segment video every now and then, maybe one a month, quarter where you have a nice example but higher mileage version of these cars that you refurb into turn key conditions for like ten grand or something that way us peasants can confidently buy one of these cars without going broke. Kind of like your yard sale specials but that you refurbed them at least mechanically and electrically.
If I had the space for another car, I would buy this Town Car. Yup, I don't even need to know what your asking for it - I would buy it.
That inner plastic trunk molding that is all scratched up could be from a walker and or a wheelchair
They made that piece out of the wrong kind of plastic - I’ve just about never seen one pristine.

You could never show too many panthers......I have had 2 and one now 2005 Grand Maqquis Ultimate Edition Golden Ash carriage top with the gold outside letting and outside gold icons. Love it.

Town Cars with similar mileage have sol on BaT for $35-$45K in the recent past...
If you need a lower price Town Car for a driver there are some decent buys with 20 times the mileage - this is one for a collector who will rarely drive it.
Yeah BAT is notorious for crazy high prices that make no sense. The tragedy with these fine examples is that they are worthless. You'll only ever be able to put more money into them and stare at them for all eternity in order to maintain their premium value. You start driving and actually using them then eventually they just become any other run of the mill used car and lose all that premium value. Some things are meant to be looked at. Cars are meant to be driven or they are worthless to me.

Ant...i got the 30k but i be afraid to keep it as a garage queen....I'm more interested in the little bit higher mileage LWB you teased us with several months ago...i eagerly check my notifications every day to see what your weekly offering is...the very recent MGM is nice but prefer a LTC....have a mint 06 LTC with all the ginger but has 100k...my wife uses it as daily driver...pretty girl in a pretty car...say hello to PAPA ...miss mine...be safe......btw and just an afterthought i have in my garage a 78 Biarritz with 17k original i purchased in 87...needs fillers and a slight refurbish and i mean slight...that copper brown triple...thanks for listening

This car is for a collector being sold through a dealer well known for delivering the highest quality total turn key cars that need nothing. There are other Town Cars from other sellers with 200k miles for a couple of grand.

I agree but IMO these were a true service built platform. I love my ‘11 CVPI. My father and I just got back from a 5 day road-trip to Boston and back. No complaints other than my seats are junk. But 168k miles and a former Taxi is to be expected 🤣

I get what Ford was doing...the 90s-early 2000s was the last era for "square" cars and by that point the market wanted aero styled cars so they had to get with the times
Chevy, Ford, Lincoln, Volvo, BMW, Mercedes and Cadillac were some of the last holdouts for square bodies in that time period
