- Thank you members, thank you subscribers, thank you viewers!! Your continued support is bloody unbelievable!!
Buckle up, we're heading to Outback Western Australia to unblock a drain!
Blocked Drain? Yes Please! A client called me up for a blocked drain although it wasn't just "A" blocked drain, ALL the drains were blocked. And the rest (was a mess) is history!!

Thankyou to both these artists to allow me to use their music! I appreciate you both!
I hope you all like the 80s theme music!!
6 months on, is anyone still watching? 'Like' if the UA-cam algorithm sent this video your way and you have no idea why you're watching an Aussie plumber unblock a drain! 😅😂 Make sure to say g'day!! I read all the comments!!
G'day; Canadian living in England & new subscriber!
New subscriber from California. Interesting to see the outcome. Your service is impeccable. Love the commentary as you move along your adventure , it’s like I’m right bye your side for the ride.
I watched all the way through. Love your commentary
Hey from Oregon. Love your energy and listening to you talk. I got a daughter and I like to put on bluey and it just makes me think you should be a voice actor for them or something. How cool would that be to have you play a plumber unblocking blueys house or something.
Long every time, we want to see it all, the good, the bad & the downright stinky. Bruce you’re a legend 🎉
I love that the way the video is edited makes it look like he broke into this person's house, cleared their drains and made a run for it without ever meeting them
the ninja plumber
lol, great comment
Typical aussie
The bloody legend Gotham needs
As an Aussie I appreciate how Australian this man is
If he was any more Australian, his chest hairs would be forming in the shape of mainland Australia. :P
the only way he could be more ozzy & surprise me is by turning the camera on himself & it being Merv hughes! what a legend, britain salutes you sir & thanks for the outback glimpses.
I feel shame for how unaustralian i talk now.
Though i understand him perfectly so it must still be in the blood
He's so easy to understand Aussie or not, i'm not & never miss what he's saying.@@MelodicTurtleMetal
I’m from Australia too
The "I love this job!" seconds before getting soaked is peak comedy. Fantastic work all around.
At 80 years of age, this Welshman has found a new way to relax, watching someone else working to achieve satisfaction!
Watching from Cardiff myself 😂 it’s sort of zen eh?
Well English man here,, I dont know why but i also relax while watching this just thank god we have not got smelly vision
Bruce, you're the LEGEND for driving 186 miles for a service call.
Cheers mate!!
@@DrainCleaningAUSTRALIA I do assume/hope you billed them for the travel, though!!
@@tookitogo sure hope!
It's his job
@@twintyara6330 Breh not their job to travel more than 15+ miles for a call.
This dude is like Steve Irwin of drain cleaning 😆
😂😂😂
Accurate af
Does that mean he'll eventually die from dehydration?
❤😂
Yes 👏 😂
I love this guy’s attitude. If everyone was like this, half the world’s problems would disappear
Amen!
One problem we for sure wouldn't have anymore is blocked drains.
I can't believe you drove 6 hours return to do a 4 or 5 hour job in the middle of nowhere AND you clean up after yourself. In the city I couldn't even get someone to drive more than 15 minutes. Amazing.
Yes you can
“Ill dangle you by your feet” and putting the camera in the drain brought me way too much joy lol
German Native Speaker here.... a strong German name is needed, so here comes Hildegard ( fighter and protector) Gunthar (battle and army) or Eberhard (Strong boar). All old german names and there meaning
Thanks Chris! That's awesome!
I like Gunther
Calle it "Dicke Berta"
Richard is a p good one.
How about Heinrich? You could bless it with the nickname Heiney, which in America, and maybe other countries, is a euphemism for butt, fanny, ass, etc which may be appropriate for the contents of these drains.
Man, I hope this doesn’t come off as rude, but you have what I would imagine to be one of the worst jobs imaginable in one of the most dangerous places on earth, and you’re still so positive. I love your energy, man! It really puts things in perspective, thanks for your hard work and all the videos!
Why is Australia one of the most dangerous places
@@jhard94- Because of the venomous animals. He’s obviously not referring to war torn countries.
@@jhard94 In a country renowned for its variety and number of venomous animals, you wouldn't find me in a job that involved lifting inspection covers every day and peering in to see what's inside.
@@station-7And dont forget about the emus!
Why dangerous
I like the way you clean up after clearing up the drians. There are so many plumbers in HK just walk away after clearing the drains. I had experience with a plumber that he did not fix up the tap. Since he had finished the job, fixing up the tap was another appointment next week. I got really furious and fixed up the tap myself after consulting some friends of mine. You are a gentleman in the plumbing industry.
Thank you kindly, Jim!
I'm sorry for your job though😢😢😢
Can’t think of anyone who seems to love their job more.
Imagine a world where everyone was this excited about doing good work.
You rule.
I don't eat whopper
I haven’t heard an Australian this passionate since Steve Irwin. Hats off to you, mate! You’re bloody brilliant!
We love the long videos that show the struggles that you have to go thru at times. Short videos are nice but long videos are a great change.
Awesome! Thank you!
@@DrainCleaningAUSTRALIA short videos are good but longer videos are brilliant
As a plumber in the States I am very glad we don’t have smellyvision. I honestly don’t think developers of smellyvision would be able to accurately capture the aroma you are experiencing in this one anyway. You have to be there in person to experience this one.
Man, I wish the plumbers we've hired were half as dedicated as you. I lived in an old house for a while and it always was having plumbing issues, and we paid bookoo bucks to try and have it fixed multiple times a year until finally a small company sends some kid out, takes him what, 10 minutes? to clear the blockage. Turns out a carrot was somehow growing down there, something about cardboard pipes? We didn't believe him until he showed us a big ole carrot covered in you knows what. I think overall for those 2 years we spent what, 8-9k$ for people to come out, snake it for 30 minutes, "put a camera down there", and then give up. Kid got a nice 300$ tip and a carrot for his help
Well, they've gotten 8-9k out of you, I guess job well done in their perspective!
The kid kept the carrot? 👀
@@k_m_b_l um..... it's well fertilized? That's all I can think would be good about that carrot.
@@k_m_b_lWould be lovely with your meat and a bit of mashed potato. 😂
Awwww the fact that you saved the bug speaks volumes about your principles
I have no idea how I ended up on your channel, but I absolutely enjoy these videos. The long videos are nice.
This is a man who loves his job which is amazing. As long as he’s happy that means his clients are happy because he does an amazing job as we can see.
Thank you!!
I love the casual kindness of you taking a quick moment of your time to relocate a bug. Massively enjoying your enthusiasm, keep up the good work and lots of love from Germany!
So glad i found this channel!! I never knew how much i like watching drains being cleared, but its the narration that sells it, this is content i never knew i needed in my life!
Welcome aboard! Thanks so much for the positive feedback mate!!
I did a simple search of ‘smelly bathroom floor drain fixes’ and stumble across this channel in my journey and I’m glad I did 😂 🇦🇺
Not only did he unclog the drain, but he watered the lawn! Fantastic service. 🤠
Hey Bruce, I watched it to the end. You did a great job bringing 3 hours into 29 minutes well done. Just to let you know I’m a Blue Mountains in NSW. I love your Western Australia entertainment keep going you make the jobs look fun.
YOU ARE ONE OF THE FEW PLUMMERS THAT ENJOY A DIFFICULT CHALLENGE, ACTUALLY LOOK FORWARD TOO THEM. KEEP GOING AND ENJOY YOUR JOB BECAUSE WHAT MAKES ME ENJOY TOO
Thanks Lise!
No 30 minutes isn't enough to spend with the Drain Cleaning family watching you bust through drains . Loved the ride , your country is Beautiful. Makes me miss home . Thank you for sharing and may you be blessed
Glad you enjoyed the drive, Maria!
I'll make sure to include more footage of Australia in future videos for you 😃
This video helped me realize just what it takes for plumbers to do their jobs. The longer videos show all you go through to complete the tasks to ensure our plumbing works. Thanks for sharing a day in your work.
From the US but you sir are the Steve Irwin of drains. Not just cause you’re Australian, but because of your enthusiasm! Please keep up the good work!
If there’s one thing Bruce loves more than serenity, it’s a two stroke engine on full throttle.
Lovin the channel from Ireland!
The positivity this guy expells as he uncloggs the pipes is really great.
Im German and you could call your German Jet Reinhardt its a really strong German name. Hans is a Hebrew name.
2 months later, and the algorithm has brought me here to this beautiful masterpiece. Love the job you've done here, and you were energetic the whole way through. You must love your job a lot! I can appreciate a job done to the best of one's capabilities. And the narration is top notch; I don't know how you can keep going for half an hour of footage like that!
Thanks mate!
Some plummers would see these blocked drains and think: "Yes, I can sell them a new set of drains!" While you see a challenge that needs to be conquered and you conquer it
Yeah, but the real fix is to install new drainage set up correctly. This is just a clearing a fat- berg and will block up again. that system was problematic from day one.
Perhaps you don't understand that in WA, especially regional areas , they haven't had decent trades services that care to do the work correctly, nor Inspectors to check the work is done to Code.
You, Bruce, are a bloody light! Never stop, brother. Just wonderful stuff 👍🫡
My mum is from WA and that attracted me to your channel. I was super excited when you went to Nungarin. My great grandfather ran a station nearby in the years that my mum was growing up. I have never seen views of the nearby outback until I watched this video this morning. Thank you so much .
I'm retired. I have nothing to do and all day to get it done. So, I don't care how long you make the video. There is something soothing about watching you do your magic!
Sometimes I find doing nothing all day is a bit much, its best to save some nothing to do for tomorrow, we don't want to wear ourselves out 😂
"I have nothing to do and all day to get it done"
I'm gonna steal that lmao
You and me both 😁
This was a true battle of man vs pipe Bruce, everything moves slow in the country, even the drainage.
Yeah cobber, I live out in the bush too and I reckon every place around here has shonky plumbing. Most people build their own places and the plumbing is a joke. You do a bloody good job - goodonyer!!
Bruce! Bruce! The Algorithm sent me here for some reason but I bloody love the fact it did! You are an absolute legend! Keep living the dream!
I love your enthusiasm, it’s addictive, genuinely would be a pleasure to work for you, I’ve been binge watching your videos and G’day from the UK, keep up your legendary work brother.
The longer video makes this drain cleaning effort seem so much more epic than the ones in the shorter videos.
I just love how excited Australians seem to be about anything. No British plumber that I've met is ever sounding like you when faced with a crap-filled blocked drain. You, sir, are a pleasure to listen to. May you always be happy and blessed, good sir.
No American plumber either.
My heart thumps and gets faster in anticipation of Bruce's vids. They never bloody disappoint. He is the man of mystery.
Haha thanks so much!
I love the persistence and good attitude. You are a hero.
i love how you always make sure to do a good job for the customer
I would watch your videos even if they took an hour or two to go through. They're extremely interesting and informative. And you've got a good sense of humor.
I think an hour would be a bit much.
Bruce you’re a dead set legend going all that way to clear their drain 👍🏽😎🇦🇺
Bruce! You bloody legend! Your bloody rambling makes time move faster. Keep the longer content flowing like you do with blocked drains! You rock mate
Much appreciated, Mark!!
Still watching all the way to the end! Love to see your resilience and can-do attitude!
I love the longer video. A fight is good - variety is the spice of life and all that... But I know the satisfaction of seeing this drain run free in the end is totally going to be worth it!
i love this guy's energy so much it just makes my day so much better
First thing I thought about when looking into the septic Tammy was aaaaaarrrrgh WTF ( in full words) second was 😷😷😷😷🤮🤮🤮
We love every single minute Mate. Keep them coming Bruce. Hugs from Scotland xxx
Cheers Bobbi!!
Seeing you get splashed just as you were talking about how much you love this job is almost poetic 👌
There's something cathartic about the entire process. Plus the positivity and narration. You're a bloody legend, Bruce!
The dash cam footage is great regardless of where you're heading to.
Long videos are great. Keep em coming ❤
Thank you! Will do!
It’s always nice seeing someone who really enjoys what they do. People have a calling, and I guess you found yours!
I could kill for your positivity, it's so refreshing to hear, i wish i could live life just like you Bruce
Never too long! I love the thrill of the chase as you look for the problem.
I quite like that you even save the bugs from drowning in the water and sewage. Your a good man to look up to mate!
I absolutely love your enthusiasm!! Days can get a bit tedious but listening to you and your adventures in high spirits puts me in a good mood :D
Thank you for sharing your passion!
Wonderful tour of rural western Australia
You're quite the beaut for having such a great attitude, being great with people and just being a joy to listen too.
Wish you all the success you could enjoy from Canada
You are so dedicated. This one was a tough drain. I’m glad you sped up the drain cleaning in the house. But I enjoy the commentary. 😊
I've recently discovered this channel and I really love how energetic you are in every video! I really love how satisfying unclogging the drains are and how excited you sound when do clear the drain, keep it up!
Thank you so much!!
When the drain soaked you..I almost jumped out of my chair LOL Love watching your videos!!
Hahaha cheers 🍻
A great fix today! Took awhile, but successfully completed. Your the best, Bruce! See you on the next! Cheers mate!😊l
Thanks mate!
From Atlanta Georgia. Bruce, your persistence is inspiring! Showing the struggles in this longer video made the success at the end that much better.
Nice video Bruce! Hats off to you for driving so far to help your customer. And the scenery there is fantastic! The tranquility where she lives seems awesome..
Fantastic job once again.. I was , for a minute, afraid of what you were going to find down that drain..Glad it wasn't one of those famous nasty snakes that live around there. Thanks for the chance to see a champagne shake.. great job Bruce.
Thanks mate!! 👍
Thanks for taking us on another beautiful ride! That in itself was the high point of my day. That drain was certainly a challenge. It's too bad that it is always going to cause the homeowner trouble unless it's rebuilt correctly. That "explosion" just about made me jump out of my seat! I always look forward to your videos, Bruce.
Cheers, mate! Thank you very much. Have a fantastic Easter!!
That was a great video Bruce! It’s too bad the plumbing is installed wrong that’s going to be rough for them way out there! But thankfully you came to the rescue
Thanks mate!👍
Any advice for the home owner?
I wish so many more people had your cheerful personality, keep it up it rubs off on folk. Good job too!😊
We need someone like you in Sydney mate. You’re such an amazing person to do all this for free! God bless you mate!
Longer videos aren't a problem, you come in pretty clear and easy to watch at 2x speed.
I'm still watching. Love the effort you put into each drain!
Thank you! Cheers!
Bruce love the longer style video. You're so funny telling us what's happening.
There is something magical about running water, thats why its so captivating getting those blockages out. I think you helped with getting the rain started
I love the long form videos, Bruce. And I really love the cleaning at the end with the chill music in the background. It’s heaven on earth.
Nice one Bruce, love these longer video’s as much as the shorter ones. Wow 300 km drive from Perth, did you get a lovely bbq and a sleep over before heading back home?
Haha nope, just straight back on the road 😅
And all the other septic systems in the area now know what awaits them if they decide to clog up.
You've saved the whole community....
No one wants big Hanns up their pipe..... he's a beast
I never get tired of your videos! Keep up the good work! Beautiful country!
Thank you very much!
Still watching! The longer videos showing the struggle adds to the anticipation..not to mention your catchy narrating!! Love you!
A true legend, not many would travel that far to help someone out. ❤👍🏻
Long videos are great, but all that you post are great too😊
Oh thank you!!
im hopping that we get to see that video previously, cause i would like to watch that video of that dangerous sink-hole. overall, you're a legend. thanks for putting/pushing out videos.
Thank you so much!
The next part of that video will be out tomorrow. I've recorded it, just need to put it all together 😊
Love seeing the longer vids! Truly shows how much work you do to clear the drains! ❤
Thank you!
Yup, still watching. Enjoying the longer videos as well; helps to show how much effort you put into these jobs.
I love longer style videos when I’m doing busywork on the computer. I like the short form videos for when I’m winding down for the night. These help me fall asleep haha. Thanks! 😁👍
Bruce never fails to entertain us. For some people its disgusting but for Bruces subscribers its just a normal walk in the park!
30 minutes is not too long. Good videos go by fast when they are as good as this.
Thanks so much Mike!
Interesting, your style is the Polar Opposite of mine when I do drain cleaning. I think I can learn a lot from watching you.
Jets tend to be terrible on roots unless you have the right head and enough pressure in my experience, you would need a camera to follow to ensure completion unlike a snake where you can try to get a blade to match diameter of pipe. But hey, that's why it will be fun watching you. I love learning new styles. I consider myself a stealer of all my previous teachers' styles, lol
A big boy snake has always been ideal for me and taking advantage of running water in-house to push out debris.
The key with snake is to match the head with the size of the pipe adjusting for things like P-traps and sweeps and bigger cutters for straight shots and roots. You can use the tension of a snake to jump a trap easier like a spring than relying on your Jet head propulsion
I like your videos, oddly enough, with me doing this 5-6 days a week. For the last 8 years you have thought it would get boring. But yeah, I share your excitement, and God has blessed us with doing something we love to help our community while getting paid.
*edit*
Just to add that the Jet has always been better at grease and sludge, but it's been a finisher for me, not a starter like it seems with your approach
Watching from across the world. When a video makes me feel suspense, unsure of the outcome and then joy at the results, you know you've food something good. Great job and I'm on a deep dive into your videos! Sublime work and top personality.
Love your videos...the drain cleaning is actually fairly interesting but your commentary....top notch! love it!
Nice job, Bruce! Good on ya for traveling that far to help them out! That area is very beautiful and reminds me of when I used to live in New Mexico a few years ago. I really enjoyed the longer video length. On your shorter videos I always say to myself, "dang I wish Bruce would make longer videos," and this one was great.
Thanks for letting me know mate!
Love all your videos long or short. Keep up the good work. I like the restaurant grease traps and the traps on the sides that you have to use your trowel to clean
Was definitely worth the wait. Great job! Can’t wait to see what is next
Awesome! Thank you!
Absolutely brilliant, especially how much you drove to go help them 😊
Bro your enthusiasm for your work is absolutely amazing. You truly enjoy your job! Love to see it.
Still with you Bruce.
Ripper of an episode.
Haven't seen the blue undies in a while,Take care.
Haha they'll be back!
