I want to start making videos soon but i don't want anyone knowing about it at school i'm worried that i'll get bullied or something idk
Don't let people bullying you stop you from doing things you want. YOU CAN DO ANYTHING theres always going to be people that disagree, unfortunately in highschool, they come in the form of bullies, but just keep your head up and do it, and always be proud of it, because if people see your proud of it, they learn they can never bring you down about it

I have the same worry
im a freshman an I make videos and i only told a few people and not one said a word to anyone. honestly people will be cruel no matter what you do I found that out this year but if you don't want them to find out then don't tell anyone or just tell you close friends. don't let people hold you back you are beautiful and in my opinion UA-cam opens up great opportunities for people. and if people judge for it then they can go eat a tampon I got your back and if you become famous one day they will regret every rude comment. honestly if you have an opportunity to do something take that chance it helps a lot with confidence believe me, putting yourself out there also has others wanting to do the same. trust me make the videos and proving haters wrong is just something great (: just always stay true to yourself and following your path. you got this keep your head held high. im always here if you need anything that goes for anyone else

This "Beauty Guru" thing is our of control. You Tweens need to chill out. Billy B is a make up Guru, Val Garland, PAT MGRATH! Those are GURUS! I'm 95% sure you have no idea who they are. I really wish these guru term wasn't used incorrectly. I'm not trying to hurt your feelings but it's the truth.
:/ For the teenagers on YT, all of their fan base is teenagers too. I guess this is considered a " beauty guru" to them. I have the same problem though.. These girls are the worst people to be getting make up advice from. Most of them don't know what they're talking about or they can't properly explain things. Most channels like this are mainly hauls/skits or silly things that teenagers can relate too. Although I know a lot of older women who are the same way. A real make up artist is what I would consider a beauty guru, especially on YT. (Like pixiewoo and gossmakeupartist.) Now from those people you can actually learn things !

School is your future, your youtube channel may be your future too but it started as an hobby and it shouldn't be put before school.
