      Yeah, I'm not sure what happened to that audio during processing. It really got messed up!

    I really couldn’t understand you,but I was wondering how does it compare to the pec fly and lateral raise in terms of the tension throughout the movement? Thank you

      Yeah, I apologize - I don't know why the audio turned to garbage like that. When doing the pec fly type movement bringing the arms down, you get peak tension the contraction. With the lateral raise, you do get more as you come to the top, similar to free weight. With the lever arm over top of the elbow, I found I could get a greater effective range of motion on it, at least.
