How is this complicated. This is the exact tool to keep you organized as a PM. I am not even a PM and I am thinking of how I can create this for my position. Great work Tom this system is amazing.
some good parts, but some others are a little clunky and i was getting dizzy trying to keep up with the screen shifting around
Yeah i think the screen recording software was not a good choice.
Any parts in particular you thought were clunky? Maybe I can clean them up a bit

Way too complicated/heavy IMO - I'd spend all my time in Notion doing busy-work and less of it with customers and colleagues...
Fair enough, the process should never distract from the actual work. Different strokes for different folks
