Hey Benny when does your bee season start and stop over there in the upside down 😂, ours starts mid March or so and runs to about July with a rare fall flow in August or September, then it's time to start feeding and the end of the years work. What kind of bees do you typically run there.
We consider the end of April to be the end of the season. And our Almond pollination and canola crop is in August. So our off season is May, June, July. During this time the bees are still active and we can have nectar and pollen anytime of the year, but we do get cold wet weather over winter that restricts bee flight, along with the shorter days over winter. So it is a long season over here, 9 months or so.
Continued great fun seeing how well your mini nucs work 😊
