Once you're 18 years old, you need to make wiser decisions because you're a legal adult at that point. Any crime committed at that age will be hard to remove from your record as opposed to the teenagers who are underage and will have that removed from their records.
Not a real adult till your 26 in most cases.

Most equipment keys are generic.. cat, deere, volvo etc only have a few different ignition keys..If you have one key you can start multiple machines

I always thought the best punishment when a teenager has been caught damaging a property/vehicle etc. is to take them to a construction site/factory, and let them work until they learn and realise how much labor and effort it takes to build something.
I believe that when they have spent their own time and energy building something, a big part of them would think twice before damaging property again.
In short - show them and teach them how hard work is, rather than just inprison them and make their parents pay the bills.
and who is going to pay for the damage that he did? he should have to work enough to pay for the damage then spend time doing community service

I like the fact that some construction worker left the key in the bulldozer and decided to leave. They are definitely getting fired.
I feel like leaving the key in is pretty common and I don't know why but that's what they did when the cleared my land so I drove It around a little for fun too lol.
As a electrician at some job sites we leave keys in the heavy equipment since we don’t know if there will be an emergency to move them. But some places such as school areas we tend to take the keys for this reason
its really common for workers to leave keys on site.
They do it all the time where I live! I got drunk and drove a scissor lift a few miles until I got bored and abandoned it. It was awesome!
Solar Soldier22 it’s pretty common to leave key, maybe not in ignition but somewhere on the machine. That way in case you are ill or can’t make it to work the next day, the key isn’t on you and another operator can’t use the dozer. Can’t shut down a day of work just because you couldn’t make it to work

@@brianchapman9283 A "Bobcat" is commonly used for some kind of skidsteer loader (google image-search "bobcat skidsteer" ). It's one of those brand names that have become synonymous with a type of equipment, so you'll also see skidsteers from other manufacturers referred to as "bobcats".
Anyway, mr. Prostoi is correct, it's definitely not a bulldozer - skidsteers are tiny.

And a bulldozer is technically a tractor fitted with blade. The tractor is the basic prime mover to which all other uses are derived from. (How its ordered).
