I first heard about this case on Thanksgiving night of last year, 2022. There is a photo of the five roommates together on what appears to be a back porch, I think. I was immediately drawn to Dylan because the other roommates in the photo were hugging each other but Dylan was faced away from the group, not hugging anyone. I thought that was interesting. There is another picture of the roommates together and Dylan can be seen looking at Kaylee and Maddie with contempt, I think. I remember saying out loud to myself 'that girl is jealous of the other two roommates'. Ever since I first saw those photos, Dylan has been suspect to me. I think that's why I never believed her story from the very beginning.

IMO Bethany is a weaker person and will break down in court. Dylan on the other hand will try to keep the lies going and then the truth will come out…IMO ONLY

Yes, I agree. The police may have botched alot, but their willingness to let the victims senseless story go unchecked to me has always indicated LE is protecting someone big. Not dm or bf, someone more important. I just want it to make sense and the right person in jail.

Witnesses are only allowed in the courtroom when they are testifying. So they can’t hear each other’s testimony….. but they will still see the media so they will likely only call one of the two.
Or try and call them on same day? I don’t know how the defense will deal with that.
I believe both will still be called. Bethany for her account prior at Sigma Chi and Dylan for her experience during and after the supposed time of crime.

Hi Ashley! Do people ever tell you they have started to feel a stronger “sixth sense” after watching you? I’ve been following your channel for about 10 months and I’ve started seeing 1:11, 2:22, 3:33, etc and just feeling more like I know what someone’s going to say right before they say it. Sorry you are having problems with the sound. I have an iPhone and iPad that I use to listen and have never had a problem listening to Ashley because of volume issues. Could it be an android issue? I even went back and listened to numerous podcasts from her and they were all about the same clarity and volume. I hope you are able to find a solution to the issue! Ashley is too special to miss ! ❤
