In this episode of Flashback, 80's star Sonam Khan sits for a chit chat with Bollywood Bubble host Avinash Pal where she talks about her personal and professional life. Sonam Khan shares an interesting anecdote about how she lied about her age during her first meeting with late filmmaker Yash Chopra. She reveals that she was actually 13 and a half years old at the time, but told Yash Ji that she was 18. However, the truth came out when it was time to make her passport. Due to her age, she was almost removed from the film "Vijay," but eventually, things worked out. Sonam also mentions that Yash Chopra liked the name of Anil Kapoor's daughter, which is why her name was changed from Bakhtawar to Sonam. Sonam adds she did not feel any difference between South Indian cinema and Bollywood, her early films' fees. The actress fondly shares a story about the casting of the film "Ajooba," how Shashi Kapoor found her for the part! Sonam reacts to performing bold scenes on-screen, addressing the title of 'sex symbol' given to her back in the day. Sonam expresses her regret of leaving the film industry to get married. She says she has not undergone any botox or surgery in recent times, actresses not being friends with each other early in her career. Sonam also talks about Divya Bharti, Naseeruddin Shah, Govinda & others.
