@@LindasPantry I added shaved Parmesan, and used pork lard as my fat. 3/4 cup gently melted. I feel like maybe I didn’t let it rise long enough the 2nd time once the rolls were formed. It’s denser than I expected. It could have been the fat I used too. I’ll have to play with it with different fats. Thank you again for sharing this! It’s amazing with my turkey gravy!
