Silent Planet is a top favorite! Loved them since the beginning, everything is worth checking out! Their lyrics are also worth looking into, dudes get deep lol. Absolutely loved this song and I'm so excited for what's to come! Taken from Garrett, the lead singer, this one was kind of 'inspired' by their accident in Wyoming last year on tour. They hit a patch of black ice and went off road. Everyone survived, but it impacted them mentally and physically. Fans also donated a lot and supported them in other ways to keep them on the road! Great reaction dude! 🤘
This song is pretty unusual for them. If you want to hear more what they normally sound like, listen to the Iridescent album. It is incredible!
Ahhh, thank you! I'll check it out! 😊
I first heard of them last year with their single and video "Signals", which completly blew my mind. I still have to listen to their old stuff, but i really, really love this song and the vibe of it!
Ooooo, sounds like I should probably check that out then. But yeah, I'm liking the vibe of this one too!
Definitely listen to signal and the iridescent album
They're experimenting quite a bit with this one but it sounds great to me
Yeah, I'll definitely give those a listen! 🤘
For sure fits in well with the Northlane wheelhouse! This is pretty experimental for them. They just parted ways with their bassist/clean vocalist so it’s prime time for them to step out of their comfort zone a bit.
Ahhh yeah, that makes sense then. Got changes within the lineup, so if they're gonna mix things up then why not now haha.
The song Trilogy is a great single from Silent Planet.
You want Silent Planet? I would highly recommend checking out Northern Fires from them. This is very different from their earlier stuff. Each album is getting more synth heavy, which I'm not against, but it's not what I recommend when first getting into this band
