I just returned to NYC from a tour of the Guiana's, I did seven days in Guyana, seven in Suriname and seven in French Guiana. Most fun I had in quite sometime. As always keep doing what you do and you need to roll through Suriname and French Guiana to complete your trifecta since you did Guyana already! Just saying, ha-ha!!
Bocas Del Toro & San Blas have some of the best beaches I’ve been to anywhere in the Caribbean. Even the Pacific side has some solid beaches (Rio Hato, Chiriqui, Santa Catalina)but the water is a bit colder and the waves can be rough depending on the season

Cuba will be the cheapest and safest... Colombia is going to be highest quality but dangerous and expensive... DR is going to be.... Well.... Well beaten.... very well beaten lol.... slightly overpriced... Panama is going to have the least girls...... But a solid vibe..

I'm in Panama now , its a cool spot . Definitely gives more of the older gentlemen retiree vibe feel. Compared to Colombia the Prices are to high. Also it is very safe , not alot of bieggers which is a plus. It's definitely a good visit but if you want an American Vibe I think Panama is very close to it. If you want a different vibe, culture and better prices Colombia wins hands down!

Panama is pretty close to AZ, so I can probably get away with that for a couple of years until I become an LPC. Panama was my original choice anyway. I love the vibe there, and heard so many good things about this location.

Back in the day (late 1970s) at the club, once I honed in the babe I wanted to dance with, I'd ask her to dance a couple songs. After that, she went back to the table where her friends were. They probably wanted some drinks, so I'd wait until they ordered from the waitress. Once the drinks came back and I heard the prices, I'd buy all the drinks. Nando boom always says they were the first to do reggae en Espanol. He will never say Reggaeton because he knows that's not accurate. Dominicans and Colombians have more of a hand in Reggaeton than Panamanians. The sofrito of Reggaeton is Dancehall(dembow riddim) NY Hip-hop, Perreo(Puerto Rican underground) other Latin Caribbean genres(Salsa, Bachata, merengue, Bomba, Plena) and electronic(synthesizers). That mix being made on the island. A lot of Dominican influence but they would never claim that from Ricans. Even Dembow is really just the same as PR underground.

Nando boom always says they were the first to do reggae en Espanol. He will never say Reggaeton because he knows that's not accurate. Dominicans and Colombians have more of a hand in Reggaeton than Panamanians. The sofrito of Reggaeton is Dancehall(dembow riddim) NY Hip-hop, Perreo(Puerto Rican underground) other Latin Caribbean genres(Salsa, Bachata, merengue, Bomba, Plena) and electronic(synthesizers). That mix being made on the island. A lot of Dominican influence but they would never claim that from Ricans. Even Dembow is really just the same as PR underground.
