Excellent, very subtle points but what a difference they will make for me. Dancing should be relaxing and fun , not stressful and uncomfortable. Besides, it looks like you know how to dance and easy to find partners. thanks
Thank you, great tips! ;)) Yeah, relax shoulders and right breathing is important for me for any activity specially body activity. I had in past problem to keep the rythm with the partner when I was nervous and a bit stiff. I have it from childhood - "everything must be perfect so like a robot thing" ...I couldn´t enjoy things, so now like an adult I am doing my best to return to natural perceiving and functioning and enjoy the fun with others. Thank you for all your videos, cause I am learning new things to be closer to natural social life... And now I already am enjoying the work with body, specially with dance. I love it! 💜🌸😉
Great video. Definitely good pointers I need to work on my dancing. I do have a question. I tend to bounce especially in my shoulders and knees when I get really into the music and exciting while dancing. Do you have any tips or exercises that can help me prevent from bouncing?
It's definitely natural to feel the music and move in ways that feel good to you! Practice keeping the knees soft but consistent (so no bouncing) and this will lessen the bouncing in your upper body naturally. It will feel stiff at first but will loosen up when you keep at it. As a more advanced tip if you learn how to move your hips this will help you feel the music in a different way and keep you from bouncing.

@@BallroomFeed thank you very much! I will definitely keep my focus on that along with working on my shoulders. 🙂
It looks like so much fun, but I have two left feet.
You can do it! :)
