but if u have alopecia, the last thing u want is a frontal unit with dozens of products suffocating ur follicles. wigs would help the scalp breathe but THIS right here is jus a band-aid

Hey ur video popped up on my feed. Great job! Not sure if anyone cares but I dealt with traction alopecia for many years from ponytails and braids. I finally got the courage to cut it all off and go natural. I started derma rolling about 6 months ago and my edges are growing in unbelievably. I also stopped using shampoo and started using oils and water to cleanse my hair. Hope this helps someone out there! ❤

I stopped perming and braiding when alopecia started to progress. I'm so glad I went natural and now have locks and am careful with my edges.
I have traction alopecia too. my edges never went away until recently. it was the hair behind the edges that was going after i tried texlaxing my hair for 5 minutes

I could be wrong, but I believe the continued use of hair products caused the hair loss and not a medical condition. I see too many women with this problem due to a relentless search for ideal feminity. I'm at a loss for words.... SMH

Looks beautiful. I could not imagine the natural ponytail, a second, then a third ponytail around that one. Lord knows I am so ready to take the first elastic down after a couple of hours. God bless these people who are able to put glue on their scalps, sewing, tons of hair etc.

OMG! She just performed a miracle on this lady. She is literally like a surgeon, damn miracle worker. That was inspirational and fascinating. What talent she has with hair.I have never been a weave or wig wearer, but I would consider finding this ladies’ shop. I need a cosmetologist who has the hand to grow hair. I’m chronically ill and take meds, they aren’t good on the hair, so I don’t have the long black healthy hair I used to, maybe I should give this a try. Where is she located and is anyone in the DFW able to perform hair miracles and get natural hair to grow back?

These are my favorite kind of transformations when its someone who truly deserves it and probably has insecurities about their own hair, but man she is so pretty even before the lace front. And when you brought it all together at the end her smile made me all warm, she was glowing!
