There is no flat land to build or make hay, I'd consider this more goat or sheep pasture. It would only hold 250 cow-calf pairs with no hay. As is, unless not shown, this isn't even farmland, never mind a ranch. You could put a garden on top of the mountain but you don't do that you put it in the valley. If there was decent farmland close by it's maybe worth $1,000,000 Max!
