    my grandmother taught me how to make maki sushi we always put odd number fillings usually tuna, egg, kampyo, watercress , and dried ebi i liked your suggestion of using my tamoyaki pan for the egg

    These are definitely the kine recipes that we’re losing. Younger people now days just like the fancy kine sushi 🍣 that they can take pictures of for social media.
    This is the kine sushi we grew up on, this and “cone sushi”, none of that fancy kine stuff… we had 2 choices, maki sushi or cone sushi… now they get too many options 😁🤭.
    Do you have a stuffed aburage (aburaage) video? I know how to make it already, but that’s a good video to make to save for future generations, people used to eat it a lot but you don’t see people eating it anymore unfortunately… they’re missing out.
