@@levondelite4072 mobile barres have been around for maybe 40-50 years, russian are old and traditional schools, look at their wood floors, they kept them like that until the 2000's, if there is a reason they didn't had mobile barres, it's as simple as that.

Your English is excellent. Thank you for the explanations. I sometimes think these dancers must be born with very elastic muscles and bones to bend the way they do.
Why does it look like Svetlana is the only one really following the music right? I rarely have seen a dancer who is better built for Ballet than her. It is insane how gifted she is.
Loved this so much, thank you so much for sharing! Consider myself very lucky to be able to see the whole barre. There are so many dancers in the class! Svetlana is incredible as she always is. Excellent indeed, really awesome to see all this wonderful work, now mine must not sound as a critic so it's just a very personal point of view as a ballet teacher, the first, I think that In this barre work there are too many dancers next to each other, so that gives less easy and comfortable way to execute some movements, the second things that I notice in many ballet companies, dancers have a little tendency to lose the strong discipline learnt in the ballet academy I mean going all together with all with the same arms work, same for turning in the soutenu all in same way while working at the barre. I think that giving too much freedom just because a dancer became a professional dancer, a teacher giving class should request the same synchronisation technique movement work as if they were at the academic ballet school. When I was working in a ballet company we were also doing the same little mistake, even if it's not a mistake, but some teachers were screaming and pretending all the same while some others were not. Of course, Bolshoi is Bolshoi...... now if you watch well Zakharova training movements are perfect and well cleaned performed with great accuracy, while the dancers who are next to her do sometimes different work in the arms position...... but I repeat mine is not a critic just an opinion....... my email is jpp812@yandex.com Freelance Ballet Master in Rome Italy.
