It’s fine to be nervous. In fact, it’s fine to even be anxious and a little shaky and frozen up especially if you’ve had a terrible experience in the past but if I’m way too nervous to be around you on our own wedding day, I think that it’s not worth going through with.

My wife was crying as she was walking down the isle thinking about as we are getting married I could die. I had a brain tumor and by getting married I was going to lose health insurance from my mother’s plan. I told her that we had to have faith in God for his divine healing because God wants us to be together!

Why the hell was Paul going on about his own stress and poor him, but so glad it happened this way because the whole room was united. WHAT?! You future wife was sick and throwing up, weren't you at least worried about her and thinking about HER and not YOURSELF?!

This is one of the huge reasons why I am convinced that Morgan had married an abusive partner. Not ONLY is did he put this video online of one of Morgan's most vulnerable moments, he he GASLIGHTING her and toning down her own hardships and making his own embarrassment so much more important than hers!

I'm still really confused about why Morgan ran off...? There's something really wrong with that. That level of nervous anxiety isn't normal AT YOUR WEDDING unless it is a regular occurrence for you (and it doesn't seem like that's the case with Morgan).

The fact people are taking such a common thing to happen at weddings and making it sound like it “was a sign” is not something that should be said considering if this is a common experience I’m sure many of those men and women who do have those experiences don’t have an abusive partner.. abuse comes in many ways emotional, mental, physical and ofc sexually but from watching their videos and as someone who’s been abused I don’t catch what everyone else is saying.. when most people are just possibly making rumors like this all because it’s a Christian couple.. also not to mention they both said she had food poisoning, there’s a lot of reasons she could’ve thrown up so why do we all just assume it’s a sign when there are so many other people who do this at their weddings and don’t have an abusive partner, or there are many reasons people throw up

i’ve heard of people getting so nervous they throw up but usually before the ceremony not when they’re taking vows. it all seems very telling and scary i hope she gets the help she needs

Not once did they actually say *why* she threw up. They also didn't say why he didn't run after her to *help* her. He said that it was very frightening *for him*. We heard a whole bunch about how *he* felt during all this, but not one single thing about how she felt - except that she just wanted to get it over with. And then I assume, after all that - the puking, the feeling too weak to stand, the being ignored by your husband when you're in distress - they were supposed to have sex for the first time that night? Romantic!
I like how she has to make sure to be good and modest but he's got half his shirt open. Women lust too, stop causing your sisters in christ to stumble, Paul.
Morgan, I got married a couple weeks ago and had a very similar experience. As soon as my scripture readers finished, I felt like I was going to pass out. I asked for a chair, sat down, and the next thing I knew I woke up and my groomsmen and bridesmaids were surrounding me. I fainted at the altar! 🤦🏻♀️ Someone miraculously had a Gatorade, and I perked right back up. We finished our vows, hand-in-hand, criss cross applesauce. It was real, raw, and beautiful. I never expected to be giving my vows Indian style, but it was God ordained and we wouldn’t have changed anything about it. Your video was so relatable, comforting, and encouraging. Thank you for sharing your story!

Idk why but I feel like getting sick while getting married to someone may be a sign from God that its not going to work. I mean you shouldn’t be nervous about marrying someone, thats really bad...
I have a horrible fear of being sick. Like, it's a phobia. And so seeing this made me quite scared but I want God to help me work through it.

I am the exact same way, I get anxiety attacks when I feel even the slightest bit of nausea, it really sucks.

I relate to this. I get anxiety attacks when I feel like I’m going to be sick or if someone else becomes sick around me. It becomes really hard when my boyfriend is sick and I can’t bring myself to take care of him. I’m praying for God to bring me past this fear as well

Oh my what an emotional roller coaster! I love your wedding story! My wedding was so cheap that one of my bridesmaids and her mother were complaining the whole time about how ghetto it was gonna be. 😆 They didn't know that I was planning to surprise my husband by singing down the aisle. they came to me after saying that they had to eat their words because it was the most beautiful wedding they'd seen and somehow I'd made it awesome with very little money. Our wedding kiss was so long and passionate that the priest hid his eyes!! 😁😃😆😂 He has a great sense of humor ...but we were oblivious of anyone else in the room at the moment: just us and God.. MARRIED!!! (We didn't do anything inappropriate... it was just much loooonger than most kisses).

That event just made your wedding day unique and more memorable.
My 7 year old sister made my cousin's wedding special by just crying for half of the ceremony because she realized that my cousin won't be living with my aunt anymore. This made her so sad she sat on the stage with the rest of the flower girls and cried (she was one of the flower girls).
My fiancé at the time had been getting sick every day. So you can imagine how he was on the wedding day. He was getting sick so much he didn’t actually get dressed until 5 minuets till I came down the ail. The whole time he was trying not to get sick. And then he spent the whole reception with his head again in a toilet. So we spent our “honeymoon” in the hospital. I hope that makes you feel better haha

Me and my husband had a court house wedding and I thought that i lost my social security card because i couldn't find it and it was literally right after i was walked outside to him for him to see me in my dress. I thought we weren't gonna be able to get married but then we found it, it was inside like a secret pocket in my wallet. It was still a beautiful day!

Lol the worst thing that happened at our wedding would probably be that my cake fell in my sister in law’s car (she made it because she’s a baker). I was in such disbelief that it happened that I thought it was a prank. Once I realized it was true I was so concerned with making sure I was on schedule (we had a long wedding) that it didn’t even matter to me 😂 everyone remembers our wedding as being fun & no one even knew that the cake we took pictures with was fake & that we had substituted a smaller cake for what would’ve been a 5 tier geode cake! Flexibility is the key to happiness, y’all!

Loved your story! Funny and sweet. I had family from out of state surprise us so my mom told me to stay in the room till she said come out... Then everyone left me (mom, and both my maids of honor) I was the only one... So I stood by the door wondering if I go out and before I could start freaking out my step dad came knocking on the door scolding me but forgot what he was saying when he saw me lol! I'm so blessed to have a Godly man and some amazing memories! 💜

I personally didn’t throw up during my wedding, but the enemy was attacking me hardly! I had many anxiety attacks, I was scared to sleep the night before my wedding, because the presence of the enemy was so obvious. I cried from confusion in the bathroom on my wedding day, because my mind was attacked.
And all of this wasn’t because “marriage is not meant to be”, or something like that. It definitely was orchestrated by God and there was peace and confirmation throughout the whole dating process. It’s just that the devil doesn’t like godly marriages and he attacks, that’s what I believe.
God bless you and just the fact that you receive hate in your platform from non believers is a sign to me that you guys are doing something very right for the Lord!

Actually at our wedding almost 23 yrs ago one of the ministers (my husband's great uncle) just totally skipped over my vows. Thank God the other Minister was paying attention & because of Him asking me to say my vows, we're married. Not only that but also the same "family member" minister was taking too much medication because he had my husband explaining what the ring exchange meant instead of the part my husband was supposed to say. And last but not least when we were knealing in prayer the same great uncle minister almost toppled over on top of us which could have Probably broken our necks if the other Minister hadn't been watching & caught him. UNBELIEVABLE!
