Inside the Dangerous Neighborhood of São Pedro Vitória ES 🇧🇷

- If you look up Sao Pedro, Vitoria on UA-cam you will see some scary scenes as the region is home to some violent crime that is brought on by drug trafficking in the neighborhood. I was pleasantly surprised that everyone I talked to was so friendly and was proud of where they live. I did not see this horrible place that the media likes to portray as a terrible place.

It’s so hot and humid. The only thing people have the energy to do is to lift a cold drink to their mouths and wait for the sun to go down. 😊
So true! haha It was a very hot one that day, that's for sure.
The neighbourhood looks a bit rough, but the people seem to be happy.
Very happy and very proud of where they live.
Not more than many places in Canada or U.S.A
I always love your videos🙌🏽❤️
Thanks! I appreciate it. 👍
This place in the beginning the video is not dangerous. A lot of people from good areas go there and have no problems.
I agree with you but in comparison to other neighborhoods in Brazil, it is. I met a lot of nice people there and I am sure there are more good than bad.
Been appreciating your Vitoria / Espirito Santo videos my dude. I was born in Vila Velha and came to the states at age of 2, am now about to be 30 and am visiting / straight up moving there at the end of the year. Very excited to be amongst my fellow capixaba.
Thanks and you'll be doing the right move. 👍
Humans baffle me all the time. The first guy you talked to saying "...how safe São Pedro is and how you will never be robbed there...". Would he be inclined to say why?! The short answer is that "The boys" will pay you a visit if you misbehave in São Pedro and they are all ok with it. Now if the police shows up and were to sh00t one of "The boys" they would be in outrage over it. Brazil is clearly not for amateurs. Brazil is like playing the "life game" in hard mode.
It's not as bad as the media portray but it is not for everyone that's for sure.
Dude, I lived in vitoria for 8 years. São Pedro is way less dangerous than Jardim da Penha and Praia do Canto. IT's statistically proved, you can search the numbers online.
Why is it safer?! What happens if you commit any crime there?!
@@RandomNPC001 if you commit any crime at one of those neighborhoods the drug dealers will punish you, they have their own law. That's why it is safer. I know it's a bit contradictory, but it is what it is. So people willing to commit any crimes usually go to the richer neighborhoods. You can search the robbery rates of Vitoria per neighborhoods online.
