@brayanmiranda9082 Vettori beat prime Hermansson, beat Costa when Paulo came in 20 pounds heavier, did decent against young Izzy, and beat prime Roman Dolidze. I've been saying this ever since he lost to Jose Aldo after his miracle win against O'malley he's not a top 5 guy. Hell, the divisions so stacked that he might not even be 10. He's the slowest pace fighter in a division we're fast pace is everything, he throws no volume his take down defense is garbage and his game plan Is hoping his opponent fucks up so he can get a lucky ko shot.
I don’t care for the guy one way or the other. I will say this though, I was at ufc 299 and I couldn’t believe how many Ecuadorians came out to see him fight. He is more popular than what I thought.
As a avid Figgy fight watcher and fan he's definitely a dirty fighter and I agree with Chito on it possibly being intentional and a possible point deduction but overall he (chito) still didn't do enough to win the fight and didn't really look like he was in control ever. Maybe he did comeback a lil too early but either way if he fought like that he wasn't going to win.
It is really weird how he provided some good analysis of fights by other fighters in the past, but seems to be incapable of analyzing his own mistakes during fights
Strongly disagree. Chito is right, intentional fouls like this axe kick should lead to a point deduction. Also i had him winning the fight untill he was knocked down in the last round. It was a very close and competitive fight, not even remotely a dominance like the O'Malley fight.
Chitos allowed to be mad about that Yadong fight. Half his purse gone because of a shit decision. These guys are fighters not monks, people expect them to be reasonable and calm all the time and it makes no sense.
Chito has all the tools to become a dangerous fighter. His last fights went always the same way: his flow gets disrupted by ppl who just have a better output. They are more active. Chito just waits for the opening for that one shot instead of getting those openings. And the complain about the axe kick... eh. Yeah. Even if Figuweirdo lost that point, it would still have been 2-1 for Figuweirdo.
Chitos a cool guy but like most people say such a frustrating fighter. I really wish I knew why he was so scared to just be more offensive. He’s definitely got the skills to be able to be so much more better but it seems like he just holds himself back for no reason. I love chito but I’m slowly starting to get over him. he really does need to do better/be better to get his game fans back 😔
What is so frustrating about Chito is that he has all the skills abd physical attributes to be a top fighter. For some reason he fights like he has no chin or cardio when that is far from the case. If he actually adressed his mistakesn and changed his approach instead of complaining and making excuses he could be a threat to nearly everyone in the division

also cheapo thinks hes some celebrity now hanging with action bronson, whos career is also washed up an declining
O’Malley traumatized this man .
I made almost 6 bucks off the Figgy fight 😂
I'm really not a fan of Sean O'Malley personally, but I can't argue he's undefeated
The fight with Sandhagen changed my opinion on him he did absolutely nothing in that fight but had the nerve to act surprised when he lost
Dude fr I seriously don’t get the attitude behind that, it was so damn clear he lost there
at a certain point, starting slow needs to be attributed to lack of fight IQ and not being able to figure is opponent out
great video bro! thank you!
Chito is a boring unimpressive fighter. He’s still living off hitting a beyond lucky nerve on O’Malley.
Chito fights like Homer Simpson in a division were dudes typically don't get tired out in a 3 or 5 round match, lmfao.
Vera represents everything wrong with Latin American machismo 🙄
Glad I'm not the only one who was at least kinda thinking that.
Chito illegally upkicked the Sand man.
Point deduction? That axe kick should have been a disqualification. What's the point of the rules if, when a fighter breaks them, nothing happens...
I’m fully convinced. Chito sucks. He’s a hot head. Unforgivable what he did to Jose Aldo.
Even against O'Malley in the last round he throw a late strike after the buzzer
Another great vid ITP
Unpopular opinion but if you’re on your back and get hit, it is what it is. The rules give too much of a fake advantage to grappling.
Chitos a cool guy but like most people say such a frustrating fighter. I really wish I knew why he was so scared to just be more offensive. He’s definitely got the skills to be able to be so much more better but it seems like he just holds himself back for no reason. I love chito but I’m slowly starting to get over him. he really does need to do better/be better to get his game fans back 😔
Cool guy? Lol gtfoh..
Yeah i dont know. Rules are rules. Chito has a point regardless. This says more about inconsistent refereeing than anything else.
I stopped liking chito the day he said dom was a low level fighter. Chito ended up being the low level fighter
Idgaf what people say el compa Chito still one of my favorites
Forget everything, i could NOT IMAGINE LOSING A FIGHT THEN GOING “oh ya but i hurt your ribs” 😂😂 dude the bigger picture is just not in his sights
chito reaching for those grapes...
And he's trying to play the violin with that cheese and wine
I butchered that sorry
and he’s making his wine
I’ve always hated Chito since I heard him talk, he comes off as such a prick and I’ve never understood why people like him. Hope he keeps losing.
when he got his win on sean omalley he was saying sean was a sore loser now he’s on a losing streak it’s excuse after excuse
yo this guy blowing up
In glad you called Figgy out on his bullshit too. He’s so dirty.
