My 444 giving me issues with 3 point not lowering. I cleaned filters, checked speed and isolation valve. I do see bubbles in the tank but could be from removing hydraulic lines.
I'm not overly familiar with the 444. It sounds different if it has separate hydraulic tank. With it running and the lift lever in the lowest position push down on the arms with a loader bucket or pull down on them with a come a long. It they don't move the valve that let's fluid out of the cylinder needs adjustment or is stuck. Purchase an i&t shop manual for it, they are a major help.
@@rivervalleyfarm482 I been at it a few days but need to bring it home for further testing. I have a 6ft boxblade on it and when I lower arms and turn tractor off it takes 1day for it to drop completely. If I remove pressure going to rear flow / shut off valves it drops instantly. I appreciate the help, thanks.
@@cutweldngrind I have the very same problem. Did you get yours fixed? I have a case 595 that the 3 point will go up and down all day until I hook something up to it or just stand on the lower arms and then it will go up but not go back down. I can step off the lower arms and it goes down.
@@CM-ve1bz I gave up on the tractor for now. I'm debating if the oil I used was the cause of the issues. I started cleaning valves and filters and installed new orings which leaked badly 3 days later. I have many projects that I need to complete on my channel before attempting a fix on tractor.
@@cutweldngrind hello did you ever figure out your issue on the 444? trying to help out an older fella with what sounds to be the same problem, will lift fine but has to shut the tractor down to lower the 3pt, any help be appreciated thanks
If you push the lift lever to the bottom of the slot it has a slow lowering feature. If it doesn't lower quickly enough in other positions, most likely the internal linkage needs adjusted. You have to remove the seat, side panels and the top of the differential housing for some of those adjustments.
Good day from Ontario. I have 574 & it done same . Now oat the end of video, you said that it didn't work, were u using 3 pt lever or remote? It went up & down. Don't understand. Thanks
I need to pull the top off the rear end and adjust the internal linkage for the three point, on this one. It does not raise to full height with the position lever.
@@rivervalleyfarm482 it’s not supposed to you need to pull the draft all the way up and then lift will raise to full height. It’s called the travel passion .
@@couchrider6228 yes. It was not right. Do you know what is required to adjust it? You have to remove the top of the differential to adjust said linkage.
Ever heard of compressed air from a compressor, just to be sure to get it totally clean.
i need some help on my tractor
Don’t forget to change your hydraulic fluid and put some new filters too.

Filter and screen stoped up it needs cleaned out.
Keep watching. The filter wasn't helping but it was not the problem.

my problem is the trans isn't engaging,,,, i can't move any of the valves in the MCV body, so i think that is where the problem lies
Possibly
Lack of maintenance is costing you lots of time , not to mention wearing that tractor out.
It was worn out when I got it sir. It's someone else's problem now.
