    Paneer tikka is by far the most favourite of British and Indian foodies. Here is my paneer tikka recipe with easy to follow instructions. Cook on your bbq, pan or in a domestic oven. Pair with coriander chutney for a perfect treat.

    Ingredients
    500g Paneer
    2 tbsp Mustard/vegetable oil
    1 tbsp Ginger and Garlic paste
    2 tsp Coriander powder
    2 tsp Garam masala
    1 tsp Turmeric powder
    2 tsp Dry fenugreek powder
    2 tbsp Plain yoghurt
    2 tsp Lemon Juice
    Butter for basting paneer tikka
    Salt to taste

    Temperature-
    1. Preheat @ 180 C for 15 minutes
    2. After that cook it in the oven at 180 Celsius for 7-8 minutes and baste and cook another 5-6 minutes.

    Great recipe , one suggestion on the video, the background sound/music is a bit loud, making it difficult to hear the chef

    Good Recipe sir, but the background music dominated the vital information , the background music was fluctuating and kind of disturbing. The mic needs to be adjusted too. This is just a suggestion 😃

      180C for about 15 minutes should do. Every oven is different. Please watch the video till the end for more instructions.

    Looks yummy. Can you tell if we should keep it on the wired rack or tray will be fine. Also if grilling in otg,boths rods with fan right?

      Wired rack would be fine. The only issue will be that the marinade will drip to the bottom making a bit mess. Otg is good. Jut keep a check on the temperature 👍🏾

    At which mode shud v pre heat the oven? Upper rod or both rods.mine tikkas half burnt and half raw.

      Cook it in oven at 180 degree Celsius for 7-8 minutes and baste and cook another 5-6 minute. Do not put it under the grill(rod) unless you want to charr. A few minutes are enough for that. I think you are cooking it under the grill which is why you are having it that way

      Argentina is the largest beef exporter and Japan has the best beef. Beef in India is buffalo meat not the cow meat
