@@ToToo088 Simple - I saw a cheat code for this game to allow you to use the boss version of Emerl. You need the master code. Press Select+L+R to access him. Press Start+Select to use eggman
@@omegadragoon1544 i dont know if you played the game much, but you can customize Emerl and unlock the "Ultimate" moveset, but they have a Skill Cost, so even if you unlock them all, its impossible to equip them all because you will quickly run out of skill points, so you have to do your balance between regular skills and the Ultimate ones to make your own Emerl But now this finally makes me understand how they got the Ultimate Emerl to work as a final boss But, if there was a way to increase the Skill Point cap, it would be possible to have a "legal" playable Ultimate Emerl
So, how does that work? Did you mod Emerl to have infinite skill points or does he work as an independent character?
