Ive been a chef up until recently and i have to say i really respect how passionate you are about the food. Been following this channel for ages and its great to see you getting the following you deserve.
I made it last night using leftover roast lamb shoulder. Absolutely superb! I've made curries for years but this one surprised me by the amount of oil it used, the addition of water and the length of the cooking. All new to me but the result was the best curry I've ever made and it used leftovers! Bravo!
Another wonderful video helping People understand how the stunning food gets to your plates and All the preparation that goes into things. Bravo Brother!
Bro, this looks so good. I am preparing a mothers day rogan josh lunch for my wife and just got done watching your series of videos for this meal. Honestly I am now salivating after watching this lamb preparation and not sure if i will make it to the actual rogan josh.....this alone might suffice. Love it so far and cant wait to try it.
been watching a few videos from you sir. i just would like to take time out to say thankyou for producing such in depth and informative videos. keep up the good work sir and they are really appreciated 👌👌
I'm hungry now ha ha great video. We have no clue the work that goes in to that order in the restaurant, behind the scenes we've got masters preparing that order that we couldn't make if our lives depended on it! I say grace because of people like you mate!!
I've bee in Pattaya for 14 months now . The Indian food here in Pattaya/Jomtiem is not upto standards. The lamb curry I would never eat here. I wish we had this type of cooking here. I've had to start cooking curries myself. Great video. Enjoyed very much. Be back in blighty soon looking forward to a great curry, home cooked food.
Pre cooked lamb , recipe is so useful for people who r working in restaurants ..thank you for sharing such a valued video. Stay connected . Allah Hafiz.
Great channel 👏. Has inspired me to start cooking my own curries at home with great success, so many thanks for the excellent videos 🙂. When using the pre cooked lamb do you add much of the sauce along with the lamb or do you use a slotted spoon to sperate the lamb away from the sauce?
love the channel one day ill get to your place . thank you for the content . my fave plae here in leeds is sheesh mahal and seeing the work makes me appreciate even more . made base gravey what a difference that makes , forget jars coo up a big pot and batch freeze it for later

Hi Latif, another legendary video and demonstration. I’ve tried a handful of recipes and the kids are well impressed. The sea bass fillets were just to die for mate. It maybe a silly question what curry dishes can I use the precooked lamb in and can you do the same for chicken as well. Your response would be greatly appreciated Fella. Cheers Andy
Gutted I’ve come to your restaurant from Chorley and your not in 😂 will be calling again soon! My dishes aren’t on par with yours but I do try from all the delicious recipes available from your channel, I will call again when I stop at Crewe hall

Great video! Been watching loads of your uploads. I would say that I think for me your one pot ideas are best. Totally understand why you might do pre cooked meat, but for a one off meal I will follow your one pot approach. Mark.
I love your videos Sir, i goto the Indian/Bangladesh restaurant everyweek. However, i also live fish, (fish and chips for me is to much batter) What do you recommend, as a dish, and maybe make another video

Go to any Asian supermarket. Look it up on line, depends where you live. They usually have a great selection of pits and pans
Anyone who tries this - add spinach and chopped cubed potatoes (can preboil) to finish the dish off(lamb aloo palak). Yummm
looks amazing chef 🤤🤌 Thanks for sharing
