Did you notice shrinking or stiffening after if dried? Have you tried the melt product to condition the skin?
Nope they all turned out perfect!!!!!! No shrinking, and just working them as they dried helped to soften the skin, so I just played with the one that was getting stiff, until it dried and it was soft! :)
