Here's some trivia for ya, though the instrumental was used by crazytown in "butterfly" its actually originally by the Red Hot Chili Peppers "Pretty Little Ditty" which was a Jam between their guitarist of the time John Frusciante and the Bassist Flea who they were auditioning, this was their first ever Jam together and it was turned into an awesome instrumental and released on their 1989 album "Mothers Milk"
