he's meant to unlock after your first skinless hush kill but i haven't coded it yet so he's always available
currently all i've done IS skinless hush as he is a nightmare to code and balance
I wish this Mod had a wiki. It's so much content and I wanna know what the enemies are and what the bosses do. You know? This mod is amazing.

I like to think that Isaac lands in the puddles, which would explain why puddles from the Wellingtons can be stepped on while flying

Math Problem= Maybe? I'm leaning to a yes
Monacle= Maybe? It could just be the book worm effect though
Parasite Eggs= Gross but that's the point and Yes for a Broken item a Tear size down makes it slightly balanced
Womb Shot= Gross but that's the point, make them look like Isaac instead of it lives, BFF should buff up the Size, hit box, and Hp and remove the 10 second thing all together
Glass Heart= Great for the Lost! But make it a 1 room charge for both, new players get hit a LOT
Tree of Life= Yes but slow down there Sonic and make all of them make isaac invincible and BFF should increase the size of the arua
Keeper's Noose= Yes! Great for early floors to predict enemies even Speen run with Hive Mind
Soaked Sponge= No
Schizophrenia= Yes but make the Detection weaker so they can be more Visisble and Stronger
Alzheimer= Nice concept but no
Autism= good for Room rewards, terrible for anything
Epidemic=Nice with the Cork, it's a better Lemon mishap, with Car battery or used in a Quick session it should Home in on Enemies
Carrion/Decay= YES!!! but it should be Normal tears->Mysterious Liquid->Common cold-> Sinus Infection-> Scorpio ♏-> Serpent's Kiss(Black Heart) Ludo would be a Black Heart Game Breaker, it doesn't Cycle it Adds the effects
Anarchy= Yes
Gold Fever= No! Some Times Gold is Difficult to obtain as it is
Stained Gold= Yes! Great for Speed Run! Buy it should be 200% so bigger rooms are more easy to get a Coin and Small easy rooms give 2 gold
Thirty pieces of Silver= Yes but the devil items should be seperate from the Normal items, in case people want to spend gold, it can be Steam saled and if no gold pay in 1 heart container
Lil Guardian= Yes but make the Laser and him different colored
And if you get multiple of him, he should be placed on a Separate Wall face

@@merlinmatthewson it's hard to collect hp and with that item you need 24 hearts to be full, yes it may be good to have Libra Soy and Epic Brim for faces but Still
@@christianjames3797 If Revelations and Antibirth taught us anything, it's that people L O V E developing two different setups at the same time. Personality Split does just that. It would be great if the story just ended there... What really suprises me is that they implemented it so well.
First of all, it's balanced because it constitutes a risk-reward system. You have to commit to building a new character and diverting rescources to their setup and also to not holding an active item unless you are willing to drop one personality. It technically gives you an extra life but think of this more like a failure state that makes it so you can lose a lot of your invested items while trying to develop the parallel character, more risk than asset. This means that it can also interact with suicide and death mechanics without being overbearing. You can even use it as a last-ditch extra life from scratch or just as a minor 1item swap for explosions or flight or specific rooms. Getting it early means you are encouraged to switch to the empty personality to avoid red heart damage giving you an out but requiring the skill to clear 2nd floor without items.
It's amazing how versatile it is while still being suprisingly balanced.
Beyond just that it's very fun. It requires planning, making decisions on the long term with it's use and item alocation, on the medium term like which character to take damage on from curse rooms and on the spot, like switching between characters to maximize dps.
This allows room for creativity and skill expression.
Finally it's a very healthy item for the game. It instantly makes every underused item more viable becaues it encourages you to use it for a different setup without risking your main one. No more skipping soy milk just because you are afraid it will ruin your win condition mom's knife or brimstone.
In my opinion it's up there with Red Key, Brimstone ,Burning Bush, Magic Skin, Continuum, Damocles and Glowing Hourglass. S+ tier design, no question.
In a few months nobody’s going to be making any Isaac mods for afterbirth+ only

11:24 He would need to kill the first enemy without any dark spirits. And if he can kill one without dark spirits or shooting, he can kill the others(unless it's bombs, but that doesn't count because it doesn't help with the fun scenario.) And (probably) all enemies need to die in the aura, which is small and centered on Isaac.

Okay I like the mod vids normally, but so many times you just... didn't display the items well. I.e. broken hourglass: "slows down everything, even bosses when you stop moving and firing *proceeds to show it off by not stopping moving or firing except for like small .0000025 second bursts*"

Not to be rude because this is a good video overall but why the hell do we need to see you fight little horn and monstro to show us something when you've already told us and demonstrated to us the point you are making? Yes the nail doesn't push certain enemies ok that takes like 5 seconds max to show but yet it's like two minutes later and you're still adding unnecessary filler to the video. My advice would be to streamline your presentation so that an hour or hour and half minute video doesn't become a 3 hour one that I skip around through to try to get past the bs.
