Banny is seeing things in real time. The other guy reacts to everything with a second delay. This is why when you are playing sometimes you think your rocket should have done damage because it landed right next to your target. But as you are aiming at him you see him in one position, but he is not really there. This disadvantage is more noticeable in games like mortal combat. If somebody has a ping of 5 and you have 50, you will not win unless you are fighting someone who is really bad.
He kept on making the same mistake over and over again, he didn't take his time while pushing the payload to force Banny to make the first move to try to stop the cart from rolling. In defense you have to keep the enemy away from the payload with some spam and wait for the enemy to commit to an attack or retreat to a health pack. either way he will stop pushing.
i used to play pubs and get lucky to get a kill now like 300 hours later ive started getting like 10-30 kills a game just from watching people like you and muselk and mr slin so thank you

Muselk got (if i recall correctly) 1 kill in b4nny vs muselk mge. 1v1 is a completely different game than a normal pub. He's not terrible he just has different skills. And to think if you dont get a kill vs b4nny in a 1v1 makes you terrible than 95% of us are terrible.
