I completely agree with your assessment of this perfume. I wore it to an outside lunch yesterday in AZ and it worked perfectly, even got multiple compliments. Since you mentioned the Gulf collection, I would say that Burlington 1819 could be considered a sparkling, citrus version of Kingdom of Bahrain more so that people trying to compare it to Elysium. I'm waiting for your review full review of RDHP 15. I picked that bad boi up and couldn't stop wearing it for two weeks. Keep up the great work!

To me, this is Elysium and Enigma in a bottle and i LOVE it! A similar effect comparison level (but different smell of course), is PDM Layton and PDM Herod in a bottle makes PDM Carlisle.
I would be lying if I said I wasn’t disappointed. Full of top notes and not much else. I was hoping for the rum and tobacco to come through. It smells great on opening but during the U.K. weather this will be non existent. I get 2 hours max. At least it’s a 100 ml bottle for re applying.
I am truly disappointed in this fragrance. The dry down is ugly on my skin. In general it also misses character for me. I almost don't get any woody notes nor spices. Maybe I have an off bottle??
@@TroyD247Mall no, from a shop in Brussels. But apparently it needed time in the bottle to develop. Still not exceptional, missing balance and depth. If the scent is suppose to be like this then I bet I can make a better one myself. I am not a perfumer but I did some assemblages for great champagnes.
Yeah this one didn't sit well with me. I hate cumin and that's basically all I got from Burlington along with the citrus. Not to mention the performance was absolutely horrible on me. I really didn't want to let it go but I had no to.
I thought this had terrible performance as well because I can’t smell it after 3 or 4 hours, but everyone around me smells it. The crazy thing is the next morning I smell it once again off my skin until I shower

I see. Just never seen a reviewer not discuss performance. Longevity isn't truly subjective. The vast majority will have similar performance with a fragrance. If you say "No Hype" review..... I was expecting you to be completely candid with your viewers. It might not be important to you, but others might be interested in the siliage and longevity.

Yeah I ain’t every reviewer either so I don’t always talk about it I think I addressed it on my other videos how I don’t think the perfumes are made with those in mind because you can always spray more.
