You are adorable, so bright, and so instructive! Wonderful! I had this on Friday in Homestead near Miami, and it was phenomenal!!!! Will definitely try it!!!
Thank you so very much for your oxtail recipe we moved from Miami 12 years ago and there's no real cuban food where I live. May god bless you always. When we cook the oxtail my family and I feel like we are back home again
Thanks! My daughter is in Medical School in Ireland. She missed Mama's cooking. I shared this recipe with her. She can't wait to try it. This is one of the best and healthy way to get bone marrow in your body! Stay safety!
It should take about 40 minutes, then let the pressure release naturally for like 10 more. It will also depend on the meat. Sometimes it takes longer or less time.
Hi how are you i like your oxtail stew but u know how you can get all the grease out of the oxtail you boil it the day before your going to cook it once you boil it the day before put it in the refrigator wait over night the next when u take it out open the pot all the grease will be on top of pot cleaning your oxtail just remove it with a big spoon and you'll be all set try it
@@AnitasDelights hi good morning u welcome thats the way my mother makes boil it the day before for a hour or so the next day you'll see the difference
This is not the traditional recipe. The Traditional Recipe ingredients: Comino (super important) Sazon completo Aseituna (Olives stuffed w/red pepper) White wine Pure tomate Olive oil (La Jitana red) Ojita Laurel Hot Sauce Additionally, it’s cooked in a pressure cooker. Idk this recipe you used but this isn’t Cuban Ravo Encendido.
@@AnitasDelights I agree with you Anita. My family was also born and raised in Cuba (I'm first generation Cuban American) and this is how I remember my mom making it... always with vino tinto (red wine)... sometimes stove top like you did and other times pressure cooker but pretty much your family's way.

Are all the ingredients available in Cuba?
Unfortunately not
@@AnitasDelights Not sure why I asked that. I can be a sarcastic a**hole sometimes. I am sorry.
P.S
Food looks great.

Hi Marlen,
Every family has its own recipe. My parents were born and raised in Cuba, and this is how my dad makes it.

Not a big difference, anyone can use a pressure cooker to speed up nothing Cuban about that, a real chef can braise a stew in a pot.
