Greetings Summoner,
I am KT1, your average MCOC player. I started this UA-cam channel as a hobby to keep to help players advance, providing in depth analysis on new champs, keep players abreast of updates to the game and hopefully bring in fun times along the way.

Personally this is the most satisfied I've been with Kabam in a while. I'm over the moon because CONTENT needs to reign supreme otherwise why are we playing this game. I'm more ok with this because if Kabam is wanting us to spend units on revives and other stuff then thank God they aren't monetizing this event to the stars. Even the Omega event isn't game breaking so I'm ok with this overall someone getting a rank 3 of thos specific champs isn't going to break the meta. Sure I wish i could participate in the Omega event at a high level but i don't feel like I'll be significantly behind by not doing it.
Yeah gonna need more content than 8.4 unfortunately they want to reduce and further reduce the size and quality of content regardless of how much they make
I am on record that since July 4th they have taken balance seriously. And put by far the best stuff in earnable rewards. They did the same here. For me I have gotten 2 odin's so far. I save for these events. I got the package 5. Then yes I went for 2 of the class 7 star. Got a new ham, very pleased. Then I went tech. Wanted new Iron Man, Lady D, but mostly new Warlock then Guardian. Got a Sam aweakening. Not mad. I might get another odin for relics, rank up material.
They could not have been more fair to everyone in community. FTP to solid deals for spenders. FTP should be thrilled. Little underwhelming for spenders. But hey those units will be good and yeah solid not exceptional value in the store.
Couldn't agree more. After the last 2 months I feel like I just want to sit down with my RDR2 and just walk the west watching birds because that's relaxing, MCOC is like having a job next to school with final exams at every fight. Exhausting.
FTP players should be happy. I spent some money, but because I didn’t pull any champs I intend to rank up, the only real change to my account is one new r3 and I could’ve done that rank up without spending at all.
The consolation is I have some units to burn on the omega event if I decide the milestones I can reach are worth it.
Never been more happy to drop some money on mcoc … I got the 2 r4 to r5 6* rank ups … my 1st r5 6*s
I think they nailed it. Now they will try to drain our units with the Omega event before the 4th. It's hard to totally judge this even with out seeing how the omega event goes.....
the idea that people have been conditioned and now let down to spend hundreds/thousands of dollars a year is mind boggling
I missed finishing one daily objective accidentally and now i lost out, not just on the 10k poolies from the objective, but 150k poolies and 5k 7 star shards from the solo objective. It instantly made me go from loving this event to hating this event. I find it so ridiculous that that little mistake cost me so much. They should have given us an extra day in case we didn’t get all the dailys done.
The game right now is in the best place I think it’s ever been. Yes there’s an excess of content and yes there’s some issues with the tactics and BGs and what not but as a f2p player they’re being the most fair and rewarding they’ve ever been in the games history. For spenders it really does allow them to get as far ahead as they’d like to be with money. It’s good. They’re becoming more open to feedback and have taken a couple solid steps in apologizing for when they’ve gotten it wrong. I’m a happy player
Unfortunately, I don't think this is Kabam turning over a new leaf. I think it is them vastly overestimating the value of and demand for a couple extra 7* crystals and Titan crystals. I think the value of those things in their eyes is much different than it is for players. If this and the Omega event have decreased spending relative to their expectations (which seems possible) it could lead to an overadjustment on July 4 if they need to boost revenue.
I am satisfied with this event... but the deals that are in this event are what was kinda expecting to see in last year's greater banquet crystals. If July 4th is going to be like this red carpet event... I will be glad to spend.

I became paragon in February. I think what I am able to get for free is great. I'd be willing to even spend if I had $ 😂
I give it a big thumbs up for the free stuff for sure, definitely a lot of paragon value even for only spending like $30. I’ll take 2 rank 5 gems and a 7 star 1 to 2.

Well, for me it s pretty obvious that this time Kabam is betting everything on the new "secured" 7* champions from the Omega event. But I don't think that many people will be willing to spend to get them, they re not too excited for this particular bunch, especially when the best one needs max sig. Some whales and youtubers will spend to get them, ok sure, but that s it. The rest of us will just wait for the July massacre.

This seems like reasonable ftp balance with top end rewards. It’s allowing more of an evening of the high end playing field.

This is bullshit… I would’ve dropped over a grand for good stuff then probably dropped more on the next event but between as shitty as the game is and how fuckin annoying it’s beeen lately with Lagging, shitty defenders, and aweful BG and AW metas I’m just going to hit the delete account button and let it fade away. Kabam is a dogshit company,.
