Hi Deb, thanks for watching our videos and sorry for the late reply as we were travelling in the pass few days with no internet access! You can simply duplicate one of the tourist spots for the day and change the subject to "Daily Journal" for example, then you can write notes, attached photos or videos in the empty space. I can demonstrate how to do it in my upcoming video of Bali Travel Plan! 😊
Hey thanks for this! Can the Amazing Osaka Pass be used on the Rapit train from Osaka to Kyoto? Is reservation required for this route because we will be there during Golden week?
Hi, thanks for watching our video! The Osaka Amazing Pass doesn't cover Rapiti Train, but it covers the Airport Express operated by Nankai Electric Railway running between KIX and Namba. If you want to take Rapiti Train, you have to buy a separate ticket. No reservation is required, but I would suggest buying it online in advance and then redeeming the real ticket upon arrival at the airport. This way may save some time from lining up for buying tickets, especially during the peak season!

I need to take Kansai Airport Rapid to Yodobashi station - so which ticket should I buy? Will Amazing Osaka Pass or Kansai Thru Pass give me free travel for this journey? If you need to take Kansai Airport Rapid, no travel pass can be used as it is operated by JR, which means Osaka Amazing Pass and Kansai Thru Pass cannot be used. You can either buy ticket from JR counters or use Passmo/ICOCA card. If you want to use Kansai Thru Pass for your journey from KIX to Yodobashi station, you can take Nankai Airport Express operated by Nankai Railway from KIX to Namba and then exchange to Metro towards Yodobashi station, this way the Kansai Thru Pass can be used.

The simplest way is take Sanyo Electric Railway Main Line from Himeji to Kobe and then exchange to Hankyu Railway (Kobe Line) from Kobe Sannomiya station and then all the way to Kyoto. But if your hotel in Kyoto is close to the stations of Keihan Electric Railway, you can change to Hanshin Main Line from Kobe Sannomiya station and then exchange to Keihan Electric Railway!
