Yes, it is computed based on your F4's Power. And since we can't visually see it in our own, just add all of yout F4's POW, then there's your Fort's total Power displayed when attackers see you.➕✏

Your fortress power? If so its your final 4's combined power. Shinobi's power jn the outfield will not be added in the base's power
